Anew Membership Agreement 

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Member") and Anew, effective upon signing. By signing this Agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Includes one (1) DiamondGlow facial per month

4. Clear Skin Commitment Light $1200 | Full $2,400 (Acne Boot Camp - 6-Month Program)

  • 20% off retail products
  • First access to new and exclusive services
  • Custom booking times 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalties. Cancellations must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. You will be charged for any services used during this 30-day notice period.

2. Service Expiry

All services included in your membership must be used within 365 days of payment. Any unused services beyond 365 days will expire and will not be refunded or credited.

3. A La Carte Services

Additional services or add-ons not included in the membership package will be charged at regular pricing and must be paid for separately. These services are not covered by your membership and are considered a la carte.

4. Membership Non-Transferable

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the member whose name appears on this Agreement.

5. Billing

Membership fees are charged on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your plan. Payments are due on the first of each billing cycle. If payment is missed, services will be suspended until the account is brought up to date. For the Annual and 6-Month plans, payment is required in full at the time of signing.

6. Discounts on Retail

Membership discounts on retail products apply only to in-store purchases and are not applicable to any sales or promotional items. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

7. Additional Terms for the Elite Glow Collective

  • The free guest treatment is valid for the first-time guest only.
  • Custom booking times are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

8. Health and Safety

The member agrees to inform Anew of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns that may affect the use of any treatments. Anew reserves the right to refuse services based on the information provided by the member or any contraindications.

All memberships are non refundable and non transferable.
