NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that they do hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to their person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. The driver of the vehicle listed agrees to abide by all of the Campground Rules (see below). The driver also agrees and understands that should the driver or any passengers of the above listed vehicle be found in violation of the rules, that they may be required to immediately vacate the premises without a refund. The driver of the vehicle listed also understands and agrees that if they should be asked to vacate the premises and are found to be intoxicated and unable to drive, that the vehicle listed above will be towed at the owner’s expense. The driver of the vehicle listed also agrees and understands that check-out time is 11AM on the day of departure. If guests and/or belongings of the camping site listed above do not vacate the site by the assigned time, the “Party Leader” in your group may incur additional charges and/or have their vehicles towed at the owner’s expense. Camp Dakota is not responsible for items left behind. Items left in campsites will be assumed to be abandoned if not claimed within 30 days. Storage fees may be incurred. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 30 days. The driver of the vehicle listed also understands and agrees that they will be held financially responsible for damages to Camp Dakota property caused either by themselves or by passengers in the above listed vehicle. The “Party Leader” is otherwise defined as the person who reserved the site, unless otherwise indicated. If the listed driver is the “Party Leader”, they agree to be financially responsible for any damages to Camp Dakota property in the campsite listed. This includes damage to foliage, trees, fire rings, yurts and their content, cabin tents and their contents, tee pees, etc. CAMPGROUND RULES
• No smoking of ANY KIND in yurts and cabin tents, or within 10 feet of any entrance. Use of marijuana is not allowed on Camp Dakota property
• Pets must remain on a leash, quiet, and under direct control of owner at all times
• No loud stereos – respect your neighbors at all times • Quiet hours: 10:00PM - 7:00AM (quiet voices, no music, no loud games – yurt walls are thin)
• This is a family park – please keep your language G-rated • Alcohol may be consumed by responsible adults 21+ and must remain in campsites
• Parking permits required for all overnight vehicles. Vehicles are NOT allowed off designated roads or campsites • No cutting of live trees or vegetation
• Guests who refuse to follow these rules may be asked to immediately vacate the premises & not be refunded • Guest who refuse or unable to leave when asked for reasons of intoxication or other reasons may be charged with trespassing and have their vehicle(s) towed at the expense of the vehicle owner(s)
Things To Remember • Activities ➢ Zip Line, Ropes Course, Paintball, and Gellyball require an appointment – please schedule with the office
Payment is required for each participant at time of scheduling
Closed toed shoes are required for ALL activities at Camp Dakota
Visitor Agreement must be completed for each participant
No firing paintball guns outside of paintball arenas
• Firewood – Delivery of firewood to campsite until 6:00 PM. No firewood deliveries after 6:00 PM
• Check-out is 11:00 AM for ALL sites. Please make sure to stop by office and complete your check out procedure
• Store hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (coffee & espresso available; pizza orders must made by 5:00 PM)
