LangSolution AI -Effective Date: January 2026 

LangSolution AI is a proprietary English language learning and test preparation platform founded by Sherlen Tanner, an ESL and TOEFL specialist with over 20 years of combined ESL and TOEFL exam experience working with healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and dentists pursuing U.S. licensing.


The platform was built from the ground up using a methodology developed over years of direct instruction with thousands of students from more than 55 countries. Every component of LangSolution AI — its feedback systems, practice tasks, scoring models, instructional sequences, and AI-driven analysis — was designed, tested, and refined by its founder. The platform was co-developed with a dedicated technical team to translate that expertise into a scalable digital learning experience.


LangSolution AI is not a generic test prep tool. It reflects a specific teaching philosophy built on automaticity-based language instruction, and its value is inseparable from the live coaching program it supports. By enrolling in any LangSolution AI program, students agree to all terms set forth in this document.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or accessing the LangSolution AI platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.


These terms apply to all students, regardless of enrollment type, program duration, or geographic location. LangSolution AI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Bundled Service Policy

LangSolution AI and live coaching sessions are offered as an integrated program. Access to the LangSolution AI platform is provided exclusively as part of an active coaching enrollment. Platform access does not exist as a standalone service and cannot be purchased, used, or continued separately from live instruction.


Students who attempt to use the platform outside the scope of an active enrollment are in violation of these terms, and their access will be revoked without refund.

3. No Partial Cancellation

Students may not cancel the live coaching component of their program while retaining access to the LangSolution AI platform. Cancellation of coaching sessions constitutes cancellation of the full program. Platform access will be deactivated upon cancellation, regardless of the reason.


There are no exceptions to this policy. Students who wish to discontinue live sessions must understand that platform access will end at the same time.

4. Refund Policy

Once a student has been granted access to the LangSolution AI platform, no refunds will be issued for any remaining unused sessions. By accepting platform access, students acknowledge that a significant portion of the program's value has already been delivered from the moment access is granted.


This policy exists because the platform represents years of proprietary development, instructional design, and intellectual investment. Access to the platform constitutes receipt of a core deliverable of the program.


Refund requests will not be considered under any of the following circumstances:

•      The student has logged into the platform at least once.

•      The student has completed one or more practice tasks or sessions on the platform.

•      The student wishes to discontinue live coaching but continue using the platform.

•      The student claims dissatisfaction after platform access has been granted.


5. Platform Access Duration

Access to LangSolution AI is granted for the duration of the student's enrolled program only.


Students who complete their full program in good standing are granted 3 months of continued platform access from the date of their final session, after which access will automatically expire.


Students who cancel their enrollment at any point will have platform access deactivated immediately upon cancellation. No extensions will be granted following cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

The LangSolution AI platform — including but not limited to its AI feedback systems, scoring models, practice materials, instructional content, task structures, and teaching methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of LangSolution AI and its founder.


Students are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for the purpose of their own individual test preparation during their enrolled program. This license does not grant the student any ownership rights over any part of the platform.


The following are strictly prohibited:

•      Sharing login credentials with any other person.

•      Recording, copying, screenshotting, or reproducing any part of the platform's content or feedback.

•      Using platform content for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution.

•      Attempting to replicate, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the platform's feedback systems or instructional methodology.


Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and LangSolution AI reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

7. Student Responsibilities

To get the full benefit of LangSolution AI, students are expected to:

•      Attend all scheduled live coaching sessions or notify the instructor in advance of any absence.

•      Use the platform consistently and as directed throughout the program.

•      Engage honestly with all practice tasks and assessments.

•      Communicate any technical issues or concerns promptly so they can be resolved.


LangSolution AI cannot guarantee outcomes for students who do not engage consistently with both the live coaching and the platform components of the program.

8. Program Results and Disclaimers

LangSolution AI is committed to providing high-quality instruction and feedback grounded in proven methodology. However, test outcomes depend on a range of factors, including the student's prior English proficiency, study habits, consistency of practice, and test-taking conditions.


LangSolution AI does not guarantee a specific test score. Any results shared in marketing materials reflect the achievements of individual students and are not a promise of similar results for all students.

9. Termination of Access

LangSolution AI reserves the right to terminate a student's platform access at any time if:

•      The student violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

•      The student engages in disrespectful or abusive communication toward the instructor or any LangSolution AI staff.

•      The student is found to be misusing the platform in any way.


Termination under these circumstances will not entitle the student to any refund.

10. Contact and Disputes

If you have a question or concern about your enrollment, platform access, or these terms, please contact LangSolution AI directly before taking any further action. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith and in a timely manner.


Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
