Consent

- I hereby consent to artist/employees/guest artists/piercers of Nocturna Tattoo & Piercing to adjust, clean, and or insert jewelry.

- I agree that I have given the full opportunity to ask any questions I may have. I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:


Deposit policy 

- Deposits are up to the discretion of the individual artist. 

- Deposits are non refundable.

- Deposits are credited toward the final cost.

- Any cancellation, no-show or failure to provide a proper notice of reschedule will forfeit the deposit.


Acknowledgment of Risk

Nocturna Tattoo & Piercing takes all reasonable precautions for your safety. This includes observing commonly acknowledged and appropriate standards, techniques, instruments, tools, and jewelry.

- We are not liable for any irritation, damage or wear on your piercing or jewelry.

- I understand that cleaning and insertion is an invasive procedure.

- Nocturna Tattoo & Piercing is not responsible for damage to any jewelry when cleaned, sterilized, and or anodized.

I understand that artists/employees/guest artists/piercers of Nocturna Tattoo and Piercing are not medical professionals. Any suggestions or advice from artists/employees/guest artists/piercers of Nocturna Tattoo & Piercing are those made by artists, and not medical advice.


Client responsibility for aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be given by artists/employees/guest artists/piercers of Nocturna Tattoo & Piercing. Strict adherence to this advice is required to ensure quality and healing.

-We are not responsible for loss of jewelry. 

-Client is reponsible for checking, cleaning and fastening jewelry and piercings.
