1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that observing motocross activities at NEXT MX carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Contact with motorcycles, riders, or flying debris
  • Slips, trips, or falls on uneven terrain
  • Weather-related hazards
  • Accidents resulting from entering active riding zones

I understand that NEXT MX is an open riding environment, and that riders and vehicles may be in motion at any time on or around the tracks.

I accept full responsibility for my own safety and assume all risks of injury, harm, or death associated with spectating on or near riding areas.

2. Parents & Minors on Track

If I am a parent or guardian of a minor rider, I acknowledge the risks of walking or standing on track surfaces during riding sessions.

I agree to stay off the riding surfaces unless specifically permitted and understand that being on the track does not eliminate risk, even if few riders are present.

3. Photo & Video Spectators

Spectators taking photos or videos must not enter the track or cross active riding zones at any time.

I acknowledge that doing so is inherently dangerous and assume all responsibility for any injuries or incidents that may result.

4. Waiver and Release

I voluntarily release and hold harmless NEXT MX and all associated parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injuries, damages, or losses arising from my presence at the facility, regardless of cause, including negligence.
