This waiver covers all persons participating in World Ninja League Inc. "WNL" (DBA for National Ninja League Inc.) organized, run or sanctioned events. The World Ninja League (“WNL”) is a DBA of the National Ninja League Inc. and as such is interchangeable with “National Ninja League” and “NNL” throughout this document. World Ninja League sanctions a variety of different events with various names and this document is intended to cover any event associated with the World Ninja League.

I Agree

As the legal guardian/parent of or representative of myself, I hereby authorize the World Ninja League Inc., with offices at 710 Park Ave Hainesport NJ 08036 (“WNL”), or anyone authorized by the WNL, to use and reproduce all pictures, videos, voice dialogue, or other audio of me or my likeness. I authorize WNL to use all data, including my name, hometown, social media handles/names, or any other information disclosed by me to NNL, and all other information regarding my participation in WNL events (collectively "materials") without any notice or compensation to me. The materials shall remain the property of WNL or its designees in perpetuity. Such materials will be used in connection with the business of WNL or its designees in a manner authorized by WNL. The rights set forth in this waiver include but are not limited to, the right to use, copy and modify such materials in connection with websites, youtube, facebook, twitter, and Instagram accounts owned or operated by WNL or its designees. The materials may be exploited throughout the world without notice or compensation to me whatsoever.

I Agree

As the legal guardian/parent of or representative of myself, I acknowledge that participation in WNL events may be hazardous and I hereby assume all responsibility and risk for any accidents, sickness or other mishaps, including, but not limited to, death, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, that may result to me while competing with the WNL. I represent that I (my child) is in good physical condition, and I am otherwise physically capable of participating in ninja training and WNL events that involve running, jumping, climbing, swimming and hanging for extended periods of time. I understand I may be falling from heights onto mats, padding, water or other elements. I recognize ninja/obstacle sport is inherently dangerous and obstacles may not move or react as anticipated.  I recognize my heart rate will be elevated at all times during training and events, and I do not suffer from any condition which may endanger my safety or the safety of others participating in the training. 

I Agree

I voluntarily, of my own free will, and on behalf of my executors, past present and future heirs, assigns and personal and legal representatives do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge WNL and all of its officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, debts, demands, rights, liabilities, causes of action, losses , damages, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys fee (collectively, claims) of whatsoever kind and nature arising, resulting from, or relating in any way to ninja warrior training or competition. I agree and covenant not to sue or bring any claims against WNL or any of its respective members with respect to any matters that result from or are related to ninja training or events associated with WNL. In the event that I or anyone else on my behalf institutes any such action, that claim shall be dismissed upon presentation of this waiver and release and I will reimburse WNL or its officers for any and all legal fees or expenses relating to defending such a claim and obtaining its dismissal.

I have read the Code of Conduct (found online at https://worldninjaleague.org/code-of-conduct) and agree to its terms. In addition, I understand and agree that the National Ninja League board of directors reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove and/or ban athletes from participating in NNL events for any reason.

Coronavirus, COVID-19 is an extremely contagious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. Federal and state authorities recommend social distancing as a means to prevent the spread of the virus. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness, personal injury, permanent disability, and death. Participating in World Ninja League events or accessing World Ninja League's facilities could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. The World Ninja League in no way warrants that COVID-19 infection will not occur through participation in World Ninja League's qualifiers or accessing World Ninja League's facilities. 


COVID 19 has resulted in various state and federal governing bodies placing travel bans, social distance guidelines, and other various restrictions. The league will not be responsible for monitoring or tracking all of the local restrictions and guidelines. We expect athletes who travel to observe regulations placed by their location and all locations they intend to travel. Similarly, We expect participants to adhere to all guidelines and restrictions set by facilities, state, federal, or any governing entity. Failure to adhere will result in a code of conduct violation, and participants may be subject to removal.

I have read this waiver and release along with the WNL athlete rules (found online at https://worldninjaleague.org/rulebook) and I fully understand all related terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing this waiver and release, and represent that I am signing this waiver and release freely and voluntarily without any inducement. I also certify that I have appropriate insurance coverage for any and all possible injuries that may occur at or in connection with any NNL related events or training in which I am participating.
