Sealife Smartphone Housing Rental Agreement 


THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between Living the Dream Divers LTD. and persons named below, hereinafter refered to as "RENTER", for the rental of Sealife underwater photography housing.

-Color corrector filter -Vacuum pump  -Padded wrist lanyard -O-ring lube            

Renter acknowledges receipt of the above-listed equipment and operating instructions for said equipment.

**Terms & Conditions** 

  • It is Renter's responsibility to inspect the condition of all items listed above and to check they are in good working order prior to hire.  
  • If items listed above are found to be damaged upon return Renter will be financially liable for the cost of replacement item(s).  
  • If the items listed above are lost or stolen Renter will be financially liable for the cost of replacement items(s).  
  • Rental period is 24 hours, If the items listed are not returned on time additional charges will apply. 
  • In the event of damage or loss of the above listed items the Renter’s credit card will be deducted with the replacement value of these items.  


RENTER also understands that Living the Dream Divers Ltd, and its employees, owners, officers, or agents (hereinafter "Released Parties"), shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage to Renter's property, including smartphones used inside housing in case of flooding or any other equipment failure or operator error.
