EVENT PARTICIAPTION AND BIKE RIDE WAIVER AND PHOTO RELEASE

In consideration of my participation in North Natomas Jibe’s Navigate Natomas bike rides, I hereby waive and release all claims of negligence causing damages, including death, personal injury, or property damage which may occur because of my participation in rides and events conducted in 2024.

North Natomas Jibe and its affiliates will not pay for medical expenses, lost wages, pain, distress, property damage, or any other damages. This release is intended to discharge in advance North Natomas Jibe, instructors, ride leaders, the volunteers, anyone contributing services, and any other person connected with North Natomas Jibe ride and events conducted in 2024, their heirs, executors, successors, administrators and assigns for all liability for negligence arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in these events. I agree that North Natomas Jibe has the authority to make any decision necessary for the safety or morale of the entire group.

North Natomas Jibe reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at this event without the expressed written permission of those included in the photograph or video. North Natomas Jibe may use photographs or video in marketing materials, including but not limited to website, social media, publications, brochures, etc. 

Participant realizes the importance of wearing a helmet and hereby commits to wearing a helmet at all times while riding the bicycle during this activity. Wearing a helmet is required by North Natomas Jibe.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND NORTH NATOMAS JIBE AND/OR ITS AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS. I SIGN THIS AGREEMENT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
