Arena 51 Laser Tag Waiver

I, [Participant's Full Name____________________________], hereby acknowledge that my participation in the laser tag activities provided by Arena 51 Laser Tag involves certain risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and other risks inherent in this recreational activity.


In consideration of being permitted to participate in laser tag games and related activities provided by Arena 51 Laser Tag, I agree to assume all risks and responsibilities surrounding my participation in this activity.


I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Arena 51 Laser Tag, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of Arena 51 Laser Tag or otherwise while participating in such activity.


I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I am waiving any right that I may have to bring legal action to assert a claim against Arena 51 Laser Tag for its negligence.

I agree that this waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio and The United States of America and that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
