Deposit

  • A $500.00 deposit is due no later than August 15, 2025 to hold your site for the 2026 season.
  • If deposit is not received by that date, no reminders will be sent, and the site will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Option 1 – Installments by E-Transfer

  • Total Due (after deposit): $2,838.75
  • 5 Monthly Payments of $567.75 each

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel before March 1, 2026 → You lose only the $500 deposit.
  • Cancel after March 1, 2026: The full seasonal fee is due.
  • You must receive a cancellation confirmation email. If not received, the site remains active and charges apply.

Early Setup Policy

  • Seasonals may set up on the Friday of the Victoria Day long weekend,
  • but must disconnect water and electricity before leaving, as the campground is not open for overnight stays.

Notice of Liability Waiver

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, will forever release and hold harmless Marco Polo Land Inc., its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, loss, injury, damages, costs, or expenses arising from storing or parking my trailer/motorhome on its property. This includes any contribution from negligence or breach of duty under the Occupiers’ Liability Act.

Seasonal Camping Regulations

  • Seasonal units must be well-maintained and presentable in appearance.

  • You may build a neat deck no larger than 20' long x 8' wide, directly on the ground.
  • No railings permitted.
  • Existing well-maintained decks are grandfathered in.
