This Rental Agreement is made and entered into on November 22, 2024, by and between: Dynamic Washroom Rentals and the signed participant of this waiver.

1. Rental Period: The rental period shall commence and terminate on the days agreed upon on your rental invoice. The washroom Trailer will be dropped off and picked up within reasonable operating hours.

2. Rental Rates: Rates are outlined in your rental invoice; The client agrees to pay the rental fee invoice with 50% down payment within 7 days of the agreement, with remainder at completion of the rental agreement.

3.Security Deposit: The signed participant shall pay a security deposit of $500 to cover potential damages or extra cleaning fees. This deposit will be refunded within [3] days after the booking date of the trailer, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

4. Damages and Cleaning: The client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and for any extraordinary cleaning required. Charges for damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit, the client is responsible for the remaining amount.

5. Responsibility for Trailer: The client is responsible for the restroom trailer during the rental period. It must be returned in the same condition as received. If any issues appear with the trailer, the client is responsible for contacting Dynamic Washroom Rentals immediately so the issue can be fixed promptly before further damage arises.

6. Insurance: The client must have adequate insurance to cover any potential liability associated with using the trailer during the rental period.

7. The client shall allow Dynamic Washroom Rentals to enter the premises where the trailer is being used at any time to locate and inspect the state and condition of the rented unit.

9. The Client shall not remove the restroom trailer from the address stated above for the location of use.

10. Indemnification: The client indemnifies and holds Dynamic Washroom Rentals harmless for any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of the restroom trailer.

11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior, oral, or written understandings
