General Admission Waiver with Release of Liability, and Terms & Conditions

FREDERICKFLIPS FAIR

Located at Stoughton High School on August 15, 2026, FrederickFlips Fair, hosted by FrederickFlips Inc. consists of carnival games, inflatable races, sports performances, and other sports clinics. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in physical activity that they may or may not be used to, and observers may find themselves in areas where participants are engaging in physical activity.

SAFETY INFORMATION & GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

Safety is the top priority at the FrederickFlips Fair. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests. FrederickFlips Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating facility, local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive.

FrederickFlips Inc. reserves the right to remove any displays or items that could be considered unsafe, objectionable, or offensive to fellow guests. We are committed to hosting events that are welcoming to all.

All guests are expected to follow safety policies and guest code of conduct, including:

  • Weapons are prohibited at the FrederickFlips Fair.
  • Guests shall be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by anyone working the fair, and guests shall treat those working the fair in the same way.
  • Guests shall wear appropriate attire at all times, and there shall not be any obscene or indecent messages on clothing.
  • Guests will enjoy the fair free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Guests shall not engage in unsanctioned activities that could endanger others, including, but not limited to, fighting, engaging in intimidating, disorderly, or disruptive behavior. Guests who engage in any of these actions shall immediately be ejected from the fair.
  • If severe weather or an emergency affects the fair, please listen for public address announcements and follow instructions from FrederickFlips Fair staff and/or public safety officials.

FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE

If I, or my minor child, are planning on participating in physical activities while attending the fair, I certify that I, or my minor child, are physically fit and capable of participating in the activities, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

BAG POLICY & PROHIBITED ITEMS

All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, alcohol, illegal drugs, fireworks, glass containers, drones, and any item deemed unsafe by event staff.

RELEASE WITH ASSUMPTION OF RISK, & INDEMNIFICATION

I acknowledge that by entering and attending the FrederickFlips Fair, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with being present at the event, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, exposure to environmental conditions, participation in activities, demonstrations, performances, games, obstacle courses, vendor areas, walking surfaces, equipment, weather conditions, crowds, and any other event-related activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, discharge, and hold harmless FrederickFlips Fair, FrederickFlips Inc., Frederick Richard, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, the venue, property owners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, obligations, losses, costs or debts, expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), and/or liabilities arising out of or related to my attendance at the event.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall FrederickFlips Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your presence at the fair, (ii) any conduct of any third party at the fair, and (iii) any content obtained from the fair, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. FrederickFlips Inc., its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and the venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment for myself or my minor child if I or the parent/legal guardian cannot be reached. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photographs, video, and audio recordings will be taken throughout the event. By attending the FrederickFlips Fair, I grant FrederickFlips Inc. and its representatives permission to photograph, film, and record me and/or my minor child and to use our names, images, voices, and likenesses for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, digital, and print purposes, without compensation or further approval.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

NO WAIVER OF OTHER RIGHTS

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

BINDING EFFECT

This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I certify that I have fully read and understand this General Admission Waiver & Release of Liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms for myself and, if applicable, on behalf of my minor child. I sign it freely without any inducement.
