TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I, the undersigned, have read the attached terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. I accept full responsibility for any and all damages which may occur during my rental for all and for the behavior of any guests involved in my event. I have the right to inspect the rental vehicle prior to my trip and report any noticeable damage. I agree to pay all services and fees rendered at the time of pickup, and any additional hours at the trip’s end. I warrant that I am at least 18 years old, and have the legal authority to enter into this contract & I am in good health and in proper physical condition to participate and board a party bus. I understand only adults 21 years of age or older can consume alcohol as required by State Law [23 U.S.C. 158] prohibiting persons under age of 21 years of age from public consumption and/or possession of alcoholic beverages. I agree and understand I'm prohibited from consumption and possession of alcohol unless over the age of 21 years of age. Any illicit drugs are also prohibited on board of the bus. I acknowledge being under the influence of alcohol or any illicit or prescription drugs which would in any way impair my decision making increase the risks of this endeavor. I agree that it is my sole responsibility to determine whether I am sufficiently fit and healthy enough to participate in the activities, that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being at all times and under all circumstances during this event either on board of the transporting vehicle or near vicinity there of.

 I hereby irrevocably covenant, promise and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rural Ride Service, its officers, employees, agents, contractors and representatives, heirs and assigns (”Indemnified Parties”) from and against any all losses, claims, expenses, suits, costs, demands, damages or liability, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which the Indemnified Parties may sustain or which they may become subject arising out of or relating in any way to your booking and/or the services provided by but not limited to all our bus owners & their companies, including without limitation in each case attorneys' fees, and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such loss, claims, expenses, suits, costs, demands, damages or liabilities. I agree that I am fully responsible for any damages to the interior or exterior of the bus caused by myself or my Guests. I understand I am also liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of Rural Ride Service due to such damage. I hereby authorize The Rural Ride Service to charge me the amount of $250.00 (per incident)towards any damages caused by either myself or my Guests.

RULES OF THE ROAD:

Show respect for the driver and follow the driver's instructions. Violations of any of the Below May Result in the Termination of Your Event Without Refund.

Full payment must be made before Guests will be allowed to board the Party Bus.

Your Event begins at the time the Party Bus arrives. Starting and ending times will be strictly enforced.

While we try to be flexible, we cannot guarantee our Party Bus will be available past the booking time. Such extensions are at the discretion of our drivers, and (if approved) will incur the charge of $100.00 per hour over the agreed time. Such overtime will begin at ten minutes past the contracted tour ending time.

Each Guest will be required to sign an Individual Waiver before boarding the Party Bus - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any Guests added to the Party Bus during the event (not part of the original group) are added at the discretion of the Driver only. In no case will the maximum number of passengers we can safely transport be exceeded.

The Party Bus is not responsible for the theft, loss or damage of any personal belongings left on the bus. Additionally, any items remaining on the bus after the event has ended will be disposed off.

There is NO SMOKING allowed on the bus at any time. This includes vaporizers, and ecigarette.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bus during the trip. However, please do not remove alcohol from the bus and take it into a public space.

Be Nice! Party Bus drivers or employee reserve the absolute right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, or pose a safety issue to themselves or to others.

Party Bus personnel and drivers are not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride. If anyone while on our buses is caught with or consuming alcohol underage, illegal drugs, or weapons, the driver has total discretion to terminate the reservation immediately or remove the person or persons who are in direct violation of these terms and conditions and/or contact the local authorities IF necessary. Driver has the right (but not the obligation) to inspect identification & containers of passengers who appear underage.

The Rural Ride Service does NOT supply alcohol to/for clients. Guests must provide their own alcohol. By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual agrees that Rural Ride Service and its employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, sickness, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride. Rider assumes all risks if they use the Dancing Pole. No Dancing or Standing on seats is permitted.

Party Bus is not responsible in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather, traffic, acts of God or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause cancellation of the trip. In the event of a cancellation due to mechanical problems, Client will be notified as soon as possible and refunded the full amount of the contract, less the $150 Security Deposit. 

The Rural Ride Service is not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the bus. Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance and judgment. Clients are asked to remain seated while the bus is in motion. Move about at your own risk. Please use caution on steps, and follow directions given by Driver. The Rural Ride Service is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any injuries or losses caused by alcohol intoxication, standing up while bus is in motion, standing next to doors and/or leaning against doors, roughhousing, fighting, or any other self/passenger related injuries while on or off any of Party Bus's buses to any passengers.

The Rural Ride Service provides transportation during the contracted time only. All Clients and Guests are responsible for making their own arrangements for safe transportation to and from the pickup and drop off locations.

In the interest of safety, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Bringing such items onto the vehicle may result in the termination of the Event.

To the fullest extent permitted under law The Rural Ride Service assumes no liability (whether arising in contract, warranty, tort, including negligence, product liability, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or liabilities (including loss of revenue or profit) arising with respect to use of our services.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract or any breach of this contract (or of the decision to arbitrate) shall be settled by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of US Arbitration and Mediation and will be held in the State of Wisconsin.

All provisions of this contract will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Client is responsible for any damages caused by client or client’s guests, to the bus or its equipment, accidental or otherwise.

If a Guest vomits or releases any other bodily fluids in or on the bus, there will be a charge of $100.00 payable to the driver or automatically charged to the clients. The driver will pull over when safe to do so.

Clean up fee for trash, spills, and food will result in a fee of $250 minimum for each incident

Any damage to bus, equipment, seats, broken windows and the like will result in 250.00 fees (per incident) to be paid in full at trips end or automatically charged the client using the original form of payment. ANY fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, harassment toward the driver, staff or Guests in or around Party Bus may result in the termination of the Event at the full discretion of the Driver. Should this occur, client will be fully responsible for the entire agreed upon amount of the Event, and Client and Guests will need to find other vacate the vehicle at that time.

By signing this agreement, I affirm that I have read all of the above listed Terms and Conditions/Rules of the Road and agree to be bound by them.
