EVENT PARTICIPATION AND BIKE RIDE WAIVER AND PHOTO RELEASE

Kids Bike Party Event, May 7, 2024

In consideration of permission to ride a bike during the Kids Bike Party event with North Natomas Jibe and its vendors, Clipped In For Life and Modular Pumptrack USA, I hereby waive and release all claims of negligence causing damages, including death, personal injury, or property damage which may occur because of my or my family’s participation in Kids Bike Party activities. North Natomas Jibe and its vendors and affiliates will not pay for medical expenses, lost wages, pain, distress, property damage, or any other damages. This release is intended to discharge in advance North Natomas Jibe, Clipped In For Life, Modular Pumptrack USA, ride leaders, volunteers, anyone contributing services, and any other person connected with North Natomas Jibe and this event, their heirs, executors, successors, administrators and assigns for all liability for negligence arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in these events. I agree that North Natomas Jibe and its vendors have the authority to make any decision necessary for the safety or morale of all participants.

North Natomas Jibe and its vendors reserve the right to use any photograph or video taken at this event without the expressed written permission of those included in the photograph or video. North Natomas Jibe and its vendors may use photographs or video in marketing materials, including but not limited to website, social media, publications, brochures, etc. 

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND NORTH NATOMAS JIBE AND/OR ITS AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS. I SIGN THIS AGREEMENT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
