1. Venue Use Renter shall have access to the BASH venue for the agreed-upon date and time, including available furnishings, kitchenette access, and use of approved amenities.

2. Rental Duration (or Table Booked time) will include time needed for set up prior to your event and clean up/break down after your event. Any time outside of this window will incur an additional fee of $50/15 minutes.

3. Damage Policy Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the venue, furnishings, equipment, or fixtures, including but not limited to:

- Walls, floors, and décor

- Tables, chairs, or seating

- Automatic Mahjong Tables - valued at approximately $5,000 each. These are delicate, motorized units and must be handled with care. Misuse, spills, unauthorized dismantling, or physical damage will result in replacement or repair costs charged to the Renter.

-Automatic Mahjong Table Rules: No red wine at any time is allowed in the Bam Bam Room. Drinks and food are not allowed to be placed on the tables, please use the side table provided to you. Remember to bring your playing card, we do not stock or provide them. Snacks are complimentary, please enjoy. BYOB of choice, ice and cups are available.

 

4. Liability Waiver The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BASH by Party Baby, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the space. BASH is not responsible for loss of personal property or accidents that occur due to negligence, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instructions provided by the staff.

5. Food & Beverages All events are BYOB. BASH does not provide or serve alcohol. Renter assumes full responsibility for safe consumption by guests. Ice and drink ware may be provided upon request. We do charge a $20 corkage fee per bottle (no fee for beer).

6. Cleaning & Trash Basic cleanup is included, but Renter must dispose of all food waste and return the space to reasonable condition. Excess mess may incur an additional cleaning fee.

7. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance are able to be rescheduled or refundable less a $500 admin fee. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Tax and Service Fees: The State of Texas required sales tax of 8.25% will be added to your overall total and charged on your final invoice. A 20% service fee will be added to your overall total and charged on your final invoice. Service fees are not taxed.

Acknowledgment & Agreement I have read and understand the terms of this agreement. I agree to be financially responsible for damages, especially to the automatic mahjong tables, and acknowledge that I am fully liable for my guests' behavior while using the space.
