Monthly Unlimited Membership Benefits:

The Primary minor or minors listed on the account will receive

·        Daily Admission at no additional charge provided the monthly membership fees are current and active.

All additional events, classes or services are excluded.

Unlimited monthly benefits cannot be extended to anyone other than the primary member (the minor or minors) listed on the primary member’s account. The primary member’s account must be associated with an adult’s account.

The Unlimited Monthly membership is nontransferable and cannot be divided between individuals.

The Monthly Fee for the Unlimited Monthly Membership for one child is $55 per month. Each additional child will be an additional $10 charge.

Membership Fees are subject to state sales tax

Kids Can Be Kids LLC must be allowed to automatically charge the monthly fee.

The signer of this agreement must be the adult associated with the primary member or members (the minor or minors) and authorize Kids Can Be Kids LLC  to charge the monthly fee onto the card provided by the signer of this agreement.

The unlimited monthly membership fee is charged monthly and will automatically renew and automatically charge the monthly fee each month unless canceled by either the signer of this agreement or the person whose name appears on the card authorized to be charged.

Cancellation of monthly membership must be done 48 hours prior to billing period.

If membership is canceled membership benefits will be discontinued after the final billing period.

The monthly fee is non-refundable.
