ANGLERS THAT DO NOT HAVE A SIGNED RELEASE FORM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY The undersigned ("Participant") has applied to participate in the fishing tournament (the "Tournament") sponsored by Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (“ACRP”), a Texas non-profit corporation and scheduled for Friday, June 6, 2025. In connection with its participation in the Tournament, Participant has elected to be furnished with a boat (a "Furnished Boat"), which will be operated by one guide ("Guide"). Participant acknowledges and accepts that while ACRP will retain the services of the Guides and the Furnished Boats, neither ACRP nor any of its members, directors, officers, employees, agents or contractors will direct the Guides or operate the Furnished Boats during the course of the Tournament, and hence will not be liable for the acts or omissions as applicable, of the Guides or the Furnished Boats. Participant recognizes that there are certain risks inherent in participating in events such as the Tournament, including, but not necessarily limited to, those risks associated with fishing, and those risks associated with being involved in a water sport. By executing below, Participant acknowledges and accepts: (1) that Participant is aware of, and assumes, such risks; (2) that Participant has taken, and during the course of the Tournament will take, all appropriate precautions to maximize the safety of, and to minimize the risk of injury or property damage to, other Participants, Guides, Furnished Boats and others participating in the Tournament; and, (3) that Participant will not consume any alcoholic beverages immediately before, or during, Participant's participation in the Tournament. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION. IN CONSIDERATION OF_ACRP'S ACCEPTANCE OF PARTICIPANT'S APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT, PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES SAN LUIS RESORT, WATERMAN'S, GUIDES, and ACRP INCLUDING ALL OF ITS’S MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "INDEMNITEES"), AND HEREBY AGREES TO PROTECT, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD INDEMNITEES HARMLESS AND WILL DEFEND THEM, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES, COURT COSTS AND PRE/POST JUDGMENT INTEREST, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND DEATH, AND INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF, OR PERTAINING IN ANY WAY TO, PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES OR INJURIES SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF: ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY OF THE INDEMNITEES, INCLUDING THE NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND INTENTIONAL WRONGFUL ACTS OF ANY OF THE INDEMNITEES, AND INCLUDING THOSE ACTIONS AND INACTIONS WHICH MAY CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH TO THE PARTICIPANT AND THOSE ACTIONS AND INACTIONS WHICH MAY IMPACT PARTICIPANT'S RESULTS IN, OR OVERALL SATISFACTION WITH, THE TOURNAMENT; AND, THE CONDITIONS OF THE FURNISHED BOATS OR THE WATER AND SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT WHERE THE TOURNAMENT IS HELD, INCLUDING CONDITIONS THAT MAY AFFECT THE HEALTH OR SAFETY OF THE PARTICIPANT, AND CONDITIONS WHICH MAY IMPACT PARTICIPANT'S RESULTS IN, OR OVERALL SATISFACTION WITH, THE TOURNAMENT. By electing to participate in the Tournament, Participant acknowledges and accepts that it has obtained all necessary permits and/or licenses as may be required to participate in the Tournament. Indemnities are not responsible for any fines or criminal charges incurred as a result of any Participant’s failure to adhere to federal, state, or local laws with respect to Participant’s participation in the Tournament. If any term or provision of this Release and Indemnity is determined to be unenforceable, then that term or provision shall be struck from this Release and Indemnity and the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Participant executes below, intending to be fully bound hereby, and with a full understanding of the contents of this Waiver. ####################################
ACRP Inshore Invitational Tournament Rules and Regulations 1.ELIGIBILTY - All Anglers must be in the COMMERCIAL real estate industry in the greater Houston area and provide a work email address (no generic emails such as @gmail.com will be accepted). There cannot be a second guide on the boat. Anyone with an active guide license or who was known to have participated in paid guide services within the previous 2-years will be considered a guide.
- All entry fees must be paid when you send in your registration form, Calcutta fees are included. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
- No angler will be allowed to fish in the tournament without a signed liability waiver.
- All Four Anglers must meet at Waterman's at 5:15 AM on Friday, June 7th, for breakfast, coffee, and to meet their guide. The tournament shall commence with boats leaving and returning from Waterman's at 6:00 AM. All 4 anglers and their guide must leave from Waterman’s.
2.FEDERAL AND STATE RULES DO APPLY - All Federal and State rules and regulations apply, violations will result in disqualification of the team.
- All anglers must have a valid fishing license with saltwater endorsement in their possession.
- Pooling or transferring of fish is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of team.
- Fish must be caught in waters that are open to the public.
3.BOATS AND GUIDES - Only Guided boats are allowed to fish in tournament.
- All Fishing Guides must be approved by the guide wrangler; no outside fishing guides allowed. Guides must provide copies of active captain’s license, insurance and a W-9.
- Guides will be assigned by random drawing by the guide wrangler or live drawing.
- Guided boats are limited to four anglers, not including the assigned fishing guide.
- Guides are allowed to fish towards stringer only not individual categories.
- Live, artificial, or dead bait may be used. All fish must be caught on rod and reel. Anglers may only fish with one rod and reel at a time.
- A team can only use one boat, provided by the guide, and all four anglers must remain within 100 yards of each other, and their guide, while fishing.
- Guides will be assigned via a random drawing at the ACRP Happy Hour on May 27.
4.CALCUTTA - Calcutta will take place at the Captains Meeting, The San Luis, Thursday, June 5th at 6:30PM (party starts at 5:00PM)
- Your team purchase automatically includes 50% of your boats Calcutta winnings. Your team has the opportunity to purchase the other 50% of your boats Calcutta winnings during the auction should you choose to do so.
- 15% of the Calcutta total will go directly to the Building Tomorrow Foundation.
- The Calcutta pay out, minus the 15%, will be 85% of the total amount paid to the heaviest stringers as follows; 60% to 1st place, 30% to 2nd place, and 10% to 3rd place.
- The Calcutta pay out will be paid to one person within 21 days. A W-9 must be submitted.

5.AWARD DIVISIONS - Heaviest Stringer: A maximum team stringer consist of no more than FIVE eligible Trout and Redfish, with no more than TWO eligible slot Redfish.
- The individual categories are Largest Trout and Largest Redfish. Guides are not allowed to fish towards individual categories.
- You may only enter a fish ONE time. Fish from stringers may not be weighed in individual categories. Teams must decide what fish to submit to Weigh Master, we will NOT weigh all your fish and let you choose.
- A legal Redfish must be between at least 20” and not greater than 28”, a Trout must be be at least 15” and not greater than 20”. Per TPW , no more than 3 trout per person.
- NO OVERSIZED REDFISH OR TROUT WILL BE WEIGHED IN, TAGGED OR NOT.
6.WEIGH-IN - The Weigh- in closes at 2:00PM at Waterman’s Marina. You must be in line with your fish by 2:00PM. Weigh Master will have the official time based on CST. If you are not in line by 2:00PM CST, you will be disqualified, and your fish will not be weighed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- In the case of a tie, the winner will be determined based on first incoming time stamp CST.
- All fish weighed must be caught on the day of the tournament during official tournament hours.
- All fish must be fresh and in edible condition. Fish that have been frozen, gutted, or mutilated will not be accepted and team will be disqualified.
- All fish weighed in must be within the regulations of TPWD. Any anglers knowingly attempting to weigh an undersized or over-sized fish will be disqualified, including all team members.
- All fish entered are subject to inspection and seizure by the Weigh Master if they feel the need necessary.
- All winners may be subject to a polygraph examination.
- ALL DECISIONS OF THE WEIGH MASTER ARE FINAL.
7.TABC - TABC Guidelines do not allow open coolers on Waterman’s or San Luis property. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through their restaurant, hotel and/or bar.
- Coolers may be taken directly from vehicle to boat and boat to vehicle.
- Should TABC fine our venues during our events, the offending person(s) will be responsible to pay any/all fines.
8.GENERAL - Please exercise good stewardship of the environment and sportsmanship to fellow competitors. Any angler or team that violates any tournament rules, or any state or local game laws may be disqualified and forfeit all fees and rewards.
- It is kindly requested that any unwanted raffle prizes be returned to the raffle pool. All side-auctions and sales are strongly discouraged.
9.ENFORCEMENT - Anglers are responsible for knowing, understanding, and abiding by these rules.
- All winners may be subject to a polygraph examination.
- All decisions of the Weigh Master are Final.
- In all tournament matters and questions/interpretations of the rules, the decisions of the ACRP Fishing Rules Committee is final.

Captains Meeting, The San Luis, Thursday, June 5TH at 6:30PM (party starts at 5:00PM).
PAYOUT •Calcutta will pay out 85%, 15% of the Calcutta total will go into the ACRP Charity Fund. •The Calcutta pay out, minus the 15%, will be 85% of the total amount paid to the heaviest stringers as followed; 60% to 1st place, 30% to 2nd place, and 10% to 3rd place. •The Calcutta pay out will be paid to one person within 21 days. A W-9 must be submitted. HOW IT WORKS •The Calcutta will work like an auction for all teams participating in the tournament.
•Your team purchase automatically includes 50% of your boats Calcutta winnings. Your team has the opportunity to purchase the other 50% of your boats Calcutta winnings during the auction should you choose to do so. •The Calcutta will be paid for heaviest stringer ONLY.
•Each team will be introduced by an Auctioneer and sold for a price determined by the bidders; last highest price accepted will be logged in as the final price for the team.
•Once all boats have been auctioned off the money collected will be tabulated and a final tally will be distributed to all purchasers.
•Teams will start with a purchase price of $200 and will go up by $100 increments.
•You do not have to purchase your team.
•If you do not purchase your team, the individual that purchased your team will win 50% of your teams’ prizes. •A board will be present at the Calcutta Auction showing all teams and price they are sold for. This board will be brought to awards ceremony.
•Team purchasers do not need to be present at Awards to win.
•All individual’s bidding on Team’s in Calcutta must be invited by ACRP or an Invited guest for the Tournament, as this is an Invitational tournament. EXAMPLES: •Team A was auctioned off for $300 and Team B was the winning bidder. If Team A wins the Calcutta tournament prize of $5,000 with the heaviest stringer, Team A would receive 50% ($2,500) and the buyer Team B would win the remaining 50% ($2,500). •Team A was auctioned off for $300 and Team A bought their own boat back. If Team A wins the Calcutta tournament prize of $5,000 with the heaviest stringer, Team A would receive 100% of the $5,000.
