General Sam’s Offroad Park Pet Waiver

I am aware that during the course of my visit to General Sam’s Offroad Park certain inherent risks are involved because I am attending with my pet. In consideration for being allowed to come to General Sam’s Offroad Park with my pet I agree to assume FULL AND TOTAL liability for any and all damages and expenses including, but not limited to, injury to a person, property, other pet or wildlife that are alleged to have been caused in total, or in part, by the direct or indirect activities of my pet, me, and/or other persons coming to General Sam’s Offroad Park with my pet. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify from any cause of action, that directly or indirectly involves my pet, General Sam’s Offroad Park, all corporate officers, agents, employees, guests, and other individuals acting in an official or advisory capacity. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify from any cause of action that directly or indirectly involves my pet, Walker County, including all individuals  and agents acting in an official or advisory capacity. I agree to pay for the costs of attorney fees and court costs incurred by the above-mentioned parties to defend any actions, in addition to any other costs and damages that may be assessed

If my pet should bite a person, bite another pet, cause property damage, and/or be directly or indirectly involved in any incident I agree to the following:

1. Report the incident immediately to a General Sam’s Offroad Park management or staff member; and,

2. Keep my pet available until I have received instructions from the General Sam’s Offroad Park staff and/or local authorities regarding the required procedures.

I certify to the following facts:

1. I will alwaysbe in control of my pet during my visit

2. That my pet has never been involved in a pet/person or pet/pet incident

3. That my pet has not been deemed dangerous or potentially dangerous at any time in the past.

4. I certify that all information contained in this form is accurate.

5. My pet has never caused a problem in public places like resorts, recreational parks, dog parks, etc.

Pet Waiver Agreement

By signing, I agree to this Pet Waiver. I understand and agree to full compliance for my pet, my guests and myself. I CERTIFY THAT ALL INFORMATION I HAVE PROVIDED IS CURRENT AND CORRECT. I understand not following any of the rules will result in my being asked to remove my pet from the property without refund.
