WAR ZONE AIRSOFT Equipment Rental Agreement

AGREEMENT

I hereby agree to rent and operate the provided equipment in a safe and responsible manner. I understand that an airsoft gun is not a toy and should be treated accordingly. I agree not to use the gun against any animals or property. I agree to operate this equipment within the designated playable area allowing safe play. I am personally responsible for all legal actions taken against me if I violate any safe playing practices, local laws, or cause personal injury to others.



REPLACEMENT COSTS

I agree that I am financially responsible for the full replacement cost listed below for lost, stolen or irreparably damaged items.  

  • AEG Rifle Rental (Replacement Cost: $200)
  • High-Cap Magazine (Replacement Cost: $25)
  • Li-Po Battery (Replacement Cost: $30)
  • Full-Face Mask / Goggles (Replacement Cost: $30)
  • Chest Protector (Replacement Cost: $30)

I agree to return the equipment in good working condition in the same manner that I receive the equipment. Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the card provided. Minor dirt and scratches are to be expected.



I acknowledge that only WZA supplied BB's may be used.



I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure the rifle is in working condition prior to leaving the rental area.
