How We Use Information Information is used to process registrations, communicate event updates, operate Position Wars™ events, publish results, create promotional content, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations. Position Wars™ does not sell personal information. 3. Media and Public Content Position Wars™ events may be recorded and publicly distributed. By participating, athletes and parents acknowledge that competition footage and results may be posted on social media and used for marketing purposes. 4. Sharing of Information Information may be shared with event venues, insurance providers, payment processors, sponsors (when necessary), or legal authorities when required by law. Third parties are expected to maintain reasonable data protection standards. 5. Data Security We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of digital storage or transmission is completely secure. 6. Children's Privacy We collect information from minors only with verified parental or guardian consent through registration and waiver execution. We do not knowingly collect minor information without authorization. 7.
