Temecula Valley Time Machine Club is committed to the community, safety, and development of each team member. We are asking for the support of each Parent/ Guardian in enforcing Team Rules and Expectations. Please respect the Coaches by picking up/ dropping of your children at the scheduled times and making sure your child conducts themselves appropriately. Please make sure that your children fully understand the Team Rules and Expectations. Depending on the severity of a rule broken appropriate action/ consequences will take place. However, Temecula Valley Club DOES NOT and WILL NOT tolerate Fighting, and Bullying of any kind, and any team member that does so will be IMMEDIATELY dismissed from the team. Zero-Tolerance Policy In the best interest of our athletes, we have implemented a Zero-Tolerance Policy throughout our Track & Field / Cross-Country programs. Families, coaches, participants, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable, responsible, honest, and caring manner. Time Machine has a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that is disrespectful, disruptive, or rude. Temecula Valley Time Machine reserves the right to ask any individual(s) to leave practice, meets and/or facility for inappropriate behavior. Families 1. Families shall support their players by being positive before, during and after team practice and meets. 2. Families shall not attempt to coach or direct players in practices or meets. 3. Families shall not communicate with the officials at meets. 4. Families shall ensure that their players are fully prepared prior to practices or and meets; eating well, being properly hydrated, sleeping well, have the necessary equipment i.e. athletic apparel, running shoes and (for some) racing spikes. 5. Families shall participate in a positive way supporting all the athletes on the team in their efforts. 6. Families are encouraged to communicate with the coach regarding athlete development, performance, personality issues, etc., at an appropriate time. Not during practices or matches. 7. Families are expected to support Temecula valley Time Machine at every opportunity i.e. volunteering and attending team activities, etc.
Athletes: 1. Athletes shall always compose themselves and interact with respect towards their teammates, coaches, officials, and competitors. 2. Athletes shall come to practices and meets ready to play: well fed, rested, with water, with proper gear and a good attitude. 3. Athletes will commit to working hard, striving to improve their running, jumping, and throwing performances and having fun. 4. Athletes shall commit to the team for the season. If unforeseen difficulties occur, the player will inform the coach as soon as possible.
