 Retainer and Payment Policy:

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of $30 is required to reserve your desired date & time..
  • The remaining balance is due one week prior to the session date.
  • Failure to pay the final balance on time will result in the loss of the retainer, and your spot will be made available for others.

2. Refund & Returns:

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Late/No-Show Policy:

  • No make-up time will be provided for late arrivals, regardless of the reason (traffic, difficulty finding the location, etc.).
  • If you do not arrive at your scheduled time, you will forfeit the entire amount paid and will not be able to apply it to a future session.
  • You are still responsible for paying the remaining balance of the package, even if you do not attend.

4. Photo Delivery:

  • You will receive your photos via email within 3 weeks of the session date.

5. Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand that participating in this photo session involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume all such risks. I understand that included in the special is a play pass for (1) child to Little Leaf Play Studio, an indoor playground. I, on behalf of a minor assume the risks of participating in play activities of an indoor playground.

6. Waiver and Release: In consideration of my child participating in this session, I release and discharge Little Leaf Play Studio, and photographer Catelyn Whaley from any claims related to this event.

7. Photo Consent: I grant permission for Little Leaf Play Studio and/or Catelyn Whaley to photograph my child during the session for promotional purposes. If I do not want my photos utilized in future promotional purposes, I will email Questions@LittleLeafPlayStudio before the date of the event to inform the company so accomodations may be made.
