OC Indoor Garage Sale Registration

Today's Date: February 25, 2026

·        Set up will be Friday, April 17th, 2026 from 2pm – 8:30pm. Vendors can arrive at 6am on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 to finish any set up. 

·        We will open door for shoppers and the Garage Sale will start at 7am on Saturday, April 18th, 2026. Garage sale will end at 1:00pm.

·        We cannot make change here. You will need to bring their own change. You can also take any other forms of payment that you wish (Venmo, PayPal, Checks etc.)

·        You can bring in your own tables, chairs, wagon, dollies etc. Our staff can not help you load or unload your items.

·        Garage Sale vendors only, please no craft, food, beverage or multi-level marketing sales. 

·        You must take all of your remaining items with you at the end of the sale. Nothing can be left at The OC.

·        Booths will be 12 x 12 each.

·        Tables will be $6 for 6-foot tables and $8 for 8-foot tables. 

·        The sale of food/drinks will not be allowed. You can bring in food and/or drinks for yourself or concessions will be open and available for purchase for the event and event set up.


The undersigned applicant (being authorized to act on behalf of the organization or person named on the reservation), being of age and duly sworn, hereby state the following:

  1. The individual or organization making application is a representative of a said entity, and shall use the facility being rented only for the purpose stated above.
  2. The individual or organization making application agrees to abide by the rules and regulations attached hereto and incorporated herein facility guideline policy.
  3. The individual or organization making application agrees to and hereby does assume all liability for the injury or loss to any person or property arising from the use of said facility, to include payment to the City of Ozark Parks and Recreation Department for any damages done to the premises.
  4. A contract must be signed and the balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking in order to reserve the facility for the above the date and time.
  5. For balances over $500.00, a contract must be signed and a non- refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is to be paid within 48 hours of booking in order to reserve the facility during the above date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the 1st day of the rental.

I agree to abide by the facility guidelines and policies and fully understand the breakdown of charges for this rental.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs prior to two weeks before the rental, an account credit will be placed on the individual’s or organization’s OC account.

If cancellation occurs within two weeks of the rental, with the exception of the last 72 hours, a partial credit of 50% will be placed on the individual’s or organization’s OC account.

If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the rental, there will be no account credit given to the individual or organization.

By signing below I do hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Ozark Parks and Recreation Department, the City of Ozark, and its employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all claims which may arise out of any accidents or injury when using any city facility.
