Golf Cart Insurance Upload

We love seeing families enjoy their time here at Sleepy Hollow Lake, and we know golf carts are a fun and convenient way to get around! To keep our campground safe and enjoyable for all guests—big and small—we ask that all golf cart owners provide proof of liability insurance or coverage.

By signing and submitting this form, you agree to the following:

1. Proof of Insurance or Liability Coverage
I am submitting proof that my golf cart is insured or otherwise covered under a liability policy. This documentation includes the golf cart owner’s name, coverage dates, and type of liability coverage.

2. Responsibility & Operation
I understand that I am responsible for the safe operation of my golf cart at all times while on campground property. I will ensure that only licensed drivers (18 years or older) operate the cart.

3. Safety First
I agree to follow all campground rules related to golf cart use, including speed limits, quiet hours, and passenger safety. I understand that unsafe operation may result in loss of cart privileges.

4. Indemnification
I release and hold harmless Sleepy Hollow Lake Campground, its staff, and ownership from any liability arising from the use or misuse of my golf cart during my stay, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Ongoing Coverage
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to maintain active coverage for the duration of my time at the campground. I also acknowledge that failure to maintain coverage or defaulting in coverage may result in being asked to vacate the premises.
