2026: Recital Waiver

  • I understand that my child will be performing in one or more shows (only for performers in multiple classes) on Sunday, June 7th at 12:00PM (Noon), or 3:00PM.
  • I understand that I need to purchase a ticket for each member of my party for each performance I attend. (Children 2 and under do not need a ticket if sitting on an adult's lap.)
  • Ticket pricing starts at $25.00
  • New this year: Filming is permitted; please note this includes a slight increase in ticket pricing for seats in the orchestra section.
  • Parents are welcome to volunteer their time to support the recital.
  • I understand that my child will need one costume per class. (Please note: All Teams and company members costumes have been paid).
  • Costumes are priced as follows:
  • 1 Costume = $95
  • 2 Costumes = $185
  • 3 Costumes = $270
  • 4 Costumes = $360
  • I understand that my child needs to stay backstage throughout the entire performance and participate in the finale.  
  • Each show will be approximately 90 minutes.
  • I understand that my child will NOT be able to sit with me during the performance. 
  • I understand that my child needs to attend class for a mandatory dress rehearsal in order to participate in the recital. These rehearsals will be held at the Front and Center Studios at regular class times during the week of June 1-6, 2026.
  • All costume and ticket purchases are final sale and are non-refundable.
