This is a contract and agreement waiver between New Dawn Rising (NDR), WReN: Wellness Resource Network Directory and Myself (the Vendor/Wellness Professional)

By agreeing to offer products &/or services through WReN: Wellness ReSource Network Directory I understand and agree to the following code of ethics/conduct, terms, conditions, and agreements:


General Agreements:

  • I understand that any payment that I make to WReN is for my membership to the Private Member Association (PMA) Ministry called New Dawn Rising (NDR)


  • I understand that these agreements have been carefully crafted in order to create a healing and supportive environment within Wellness Resource Network WReN Directory and for every business and wellness seeker that participates.


  • This is a contract in motion and can be adjusted by the Director of New Dawn Rising (NDR) and WReN as new information comes to light. The agreements in this contract are and will always be based upon immense love, with the intention for great care and mutual benefit for all involved, NDR, WReN, all who are served, and humanity as a whole.


  • I understand that I am taking responsibility to ensure that every person offering services and products connected to my listing are aware of these guidelines and follow them as representatives of my business.


  • I understand that every person associated with the WReN Directory is expected to be engaged in our own personal healing journey. It is understood that as a wellness business, we must be a living example and demonstrate our own personal commitment to our own wellness through everyday actions. I am wanting and willing to continue on the path of healing, so that together we may create a future aligned with the highest and best good for all.


  • I agree to refuse to unjustly discriminate against those who seek my service or product. I also retain the right to refuse service to anyone except based upon race, religion, sex, disability or national origin.


  • If I feel that a client or customer is not safe, I reserve the right to refuse service. I will also report that person and the circumstances to WReN admins immediately.


  • I agree to let WReN representatives know if I need support at any time regarding my listing or clients who have found me through the WReN directory.


  • Release, Waiver and Indemnity: I hereby release, hold harmless, indemnify and waive any claims against NDR, WReN, its members, directors, officers, contractors, employees, volunteers, agents, executors, administrators, successors, family members and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any liability and damages arising from death or personal injuries, including the contraction of any communicable diseases, however caused including as a result of NDR/WReN negligence, while interacting with clients that I receive through WReN Directory. I am releasing the Released Parties at my own risk and I agree to forfeit any and all forms of legal recourse which may be available to me, including but not limited to any form of damages, as a result of my undertaking of my participation in the WRN Directory. I agree that these provisions above apply to me, my family, heirs, executors or anyone else who may be able to bring a legal action on my behalf in the future.


 Service & Product (S/P) Agreements:


  • I agree to maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional presence and appearance as well as a healthy atmosphere with my business for myself and my clients.


  • I agree to have a sincere commitment to provide the highest-quality products and care for those who seek my professional services or product. 


  • I agree to conduct my service and professional activities with honesty and integrity. 
  • I agree to openly list my product sources and ingredients for customers and clients to access easily.
  • I agree to offer only the services that I am qualified to offer and to never misrepresent myself.


  • I understand that I am invited to list only the S/P that have been approved through WReN’s review process. If I want to add an S/P after my listing has already been approved, I must go through the review process and get approval for that particular s/p before it may be added to my listing. 
  • If an S/P is listed that has not been through review and approved, I understand that I may receive one (1) reminder to apply for approval through the review process. I also understand that I must take the S/P off of my directory listing while going through this process. I may add the S/P again, if it is approved. 
  • I understand that if I do not take an unapproved S/P off of my listing within one week of the reminder, my entire listing may be removed with no refund until and if I comply. I understand that if I break this condition more than once, it is grounds for permanent removal of my listing, decided on a case by case basis.


  • I understand that all consumable and topical products sold, gifted, or used for services through the WReN Directory are made of high quality, all natural and/or organic ingredients. 
  • Examples, topicals used during a healing treatment must not contain artificial scent, color, or petroleum based ingredients. 
  • Candies in a bowl on the front desk must not contain any artificial ingredients or those known to cause harm.


  • I understand that S/P that are illegal and/or deemed harmful by WReN’s review process will be automatically rejected.
  • There may be very rare instances in which WReN intentionally chooses to allow an illegal S/P in order to take a stand for what we believe is right and just. When and if we make this choice, it will be made clear in a statement through NDR to all members. If I am not in agreement with this stance, I am entitled to release my listing from the WReN Directory website with no refund.



Financial Agreements:


  • I understand that I must make my monthly or yearly membership payment for the tier that I have chosen at the beginning of each monthly/yearly cycle. I will be given up to a one month grace period. If my fee is not paid within one month, my listing will be suspended until the unpaid month plus the current month due is paid in full.


  • I understand that as a Founding Member, my rate will stay the same for the life of my listing.
  • If I wish to change tiers, I will receive the updated designated membership fee for Founding Members for the new tier.
  • Where applicable, if I do not make my monthly payment and my listing is released from the WReN Directory website, if I wish to re-enlist I must relist at the current rate.


Media Release:

  • We think you’re awesome and want to show you off! I agree to grant NDR and WReN representatives the right to use my image, likeness, photos, video content, and audio recordings that I provide through my listing and website. I also release WReN representatives from all claims I may have relating to such use. I will inform WReN reps if I do not want my image to be used. I understand that request will be granted to the best of the WReN Team's ability.


I agree that my membership to NDR and my participation with the WReN Wellness Resource Network Directory is done so voluntarily and by my own choice alone.

By signing this contract agreement waiver,
