2025-2026 Seasonal License Fee & Payment Plan Option

2026 Camping Season is May 8th to October 15th

We're excited to share our 2026 seasonal renewal details—and even more thrilled to celebrate our 50th year with you next season! Thank you for being part of our camping family and for making Sleepy Hollow Lake such a special place.

If you’re not returning, we sincerely thank you for your time with us. Please vacate your site by October 1st to help us prepare for new guests. A daily charge will apply if this deadline is not met, as outlined in our seasonal agreement since 2021.

Here’s to making more memories together in our milestone 50th season!

Seasonal License Fee: The seasonal licensee agrees to pay the Licensor, Sleepy Hollow Lake, a non refundable fee based on the site type and payment method listed below. First site payment due by September 7th, 2025. Final site payment must be made no later than March 15th, 2026. It is hereby agreed that Sleepy Hollow Lake Campground grants the use of a campsite to the seasonal camper(s) named below for the 2025-2026 camping season, as follows:

2026 Seasonal Site Rates

We’re happy to offer a variety of site types to fit every family’s style and budget. Below are the 2026 rates based on your preferred payment method.

-Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

-Pay in full with cash and receive a $50 discount on your site in honor of our 50th season!

Basic Site Letter Rows:

  • Standard Rate - $2,975.00
  • Credit Card Rate - $3,064.25
  • Cash Discount Rate - $2,925.00

Wooded Site 1-149:

  • Standard Rate - $3,050.00
  • Credit Card Rate - $3,141.50
  • Cash Discount Rate - $3,000.00

Lakefront Site & L Row:

  • Standard Rate - $3,125.00
  • Credit Card Rate - $3,218.75
  • Cash Discount Rate - $3,075.00

Wooded Horseshoe Site 150-154:

  • Standard Rate - $3,125.00
  • Credit Card Rate - $3,218.75
  • Cash Discount Rate - $3,075.00

Waterfront Site:

  • Standard Rate - $3,250.00
  • Credit Card Rate - $3,347.50
  • Cash Discount Rate - $3,200.00

2026 Additional Expenses

Electric Security Deposit - $150.00 (Cash Only)

  • One-time refundable deposit. Required for metered sites. *New Guests Only*

Additional Adults - $175.00 Each

  • Must reside in the same household.

Additional Children (Age 3-17) - $75.00 Each

  • Children under 3 are free. Must reside in the same household.

Weekly Pump-Out Service - $215.00 + Tax

  • Full-season weekly service. Optional.

Bi-Weekly Pump-Out Service - $135.00 + Tax

  • Full-season every other week service. Optional.


Helpful Notes

-Electric deposits must be paid in cash at time of reservation or check-in.

-Add-on adults and children must be listed on your seasonal agreement form.

-Pump-out services are billed for the full season and must be arranged in advance. Pump-out payments can be sent with option 2 or 3 after 01/01/2026 and no later than 05/01/2026.


Camper Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have carefully read and clearly understand the 2025-2026 License & Seasonal Agreement for the deposit required to secure your 2026 camping reservation. I understand this agreement. I further understand that this license can be revoked at any time. Sleepy Hollow Lake is a family-oriented campground. Our goal is to promote a safe, relaxed, and fun environment for all who camp with us. We reserve the right to make exceptions to and final decisions regarding campground policies and procedures.

Payment Plan Options
Please come into the office to make the payment or fill out the online version and print/mail with your payment and submit to Sleepy Hollow Lake at 13800 Siehl Rd Akron, NY 14001. (We prefer online waiver method for paperwork) First deposit of $800 due 09/07/25 for most options. If you choose option 2 you will have a deposit of $825 . Remaining balance varies based on site type. *
Payment in First and Final Payment Due 09/07/25 and 03/15/26 by cash or check.
Installment Plan on 09/07/2025, 01/15/2026, 03/15/2026. Additional fee of $25.00 due at first payment. Added for a convenience to combat credit card fees.
Payment in full at time of reservation in cash & receive a discount of $50 in honor of our 50th Season! Cash is not the same as a check and there will be a different rate if you pay in cash vs standard rate of check . Full payment received on or prior to 09/07/2025.
