WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I, a legally authorized, non prohibited person, desire to access gun ranges owned and operated by: Tulsa Red Castle Gun Club Corp., A.K.A.: Red Castle Gun Club, for the purpose of participating in shooting sports or gun range activities on the premises. Therefore, in consideration for the benefit of signatory, participating in this event, I agree to release and hold harmless the Red Castle Gun Club, its employees, shareholders, agents and volunteers from any damages to property or personal injuries which I may suffer incident to participation or as a bystander, business invitee or member.

I state that I am an experienced and knowledgeable person in the field of shooting sports, who understands how to safely handle and load firearms. If I am a minor, that I am accompanied by a parent, guardian, or adult agent, with written permission from the parent or guardian.

Specifically , I agree to release and hold harmless: The Red Castle Gun Club, its officers and its agents, from any and all liability and claims for damages to property or injuries suffered, that may arise or be incident to my participation in the events.

Further, I agree to release and hold harmless the volunteers, range officers, or any affiliated party with The Red Castle Gun Club, its officers and its agents, against any claims, demands, actions, debts, liabilities , judgments, costs , or attorney's fees arising out of, injuries, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon the use of Red Castle Gun Club facilities and/or equipment including any loss or damage to property, any injury or death of any person, in any manner, caused or contributed to by the The Red Castle Gun Club, its officers, volunteers, employees, or its agents.

BY SIGNING, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE READ AND VOLUNTARILY ENTER INTO THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. I ASSUME ALL RISKS OF PARTICIPATING, OBSERVING, OR BEING PRESENT AT A FACILITY WHERE THERE IS A KNOWN RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOOTING SPORTS AT A GUN RANGE. PARENTS/GUARDIANS OR AGENT WITH WRITTEN PERMISSION TO SIGN FOR MINORS.
