How to Access & Control Your Personal Data (Reviewing, Correcting and Removing Your Personal Information)

You can request access, correction, updates or deletion of your personal information.
In your request, please make clear what Personal Data you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Data suppressed from our database, or other limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Data. For your protection, we only fulfill requests for the Personal Data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
Please note that we often need to retain certain data for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or reservation, or enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Data provided until after the completion of such purchase, reservation, or promotion).  There may also be residual data that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.  In addition, there may be certain data that we may not allow you to review for legal, security or other reasons.
You can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information.
If we have collected and process your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. Also, if our site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell and support our products and services.

IMPORTANT: We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers or vendors. Again, we take your privacy very seriously.

DATA STORAGE
We have 2 shopping cart solutions, Kajabi and Infusionsoft. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored in either Kajabi or Infusionsoft’s data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Infusionsoft/Kajabi stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

NOTE: At no point during the transaction does Network Marketing Pro take custody or store your credit card information. This is process is monitored and managed by Infusionsoft and/or Kajabi, and you can read their terms of service, privacy policy and PCI Compliance information by visiting their sites.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

MINORS
We do not provide services or sell products to children. If you are below the age of 18, you may use our website only with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, please do not provide us or other website visitors with any personal information.

USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS
Your access to parts of our website, livestreaming access, or library of courses may be protected by a user name and a password. Do not give your password to anyone. If you enter a section of our website that requires a password, you should log out when you leave. As a safety precaution, you should also close out of your web browser completely and re-open it before viewing other parts of the Internet.

YOUR USE OF INFORMATION AND UNSOLICITED JUNK E-MAIL.
If you obtain personally identifiable information about another website user, you are not allowed to disclose this information to anyone else without the consent of the user and our consent too. We hate junk e-mail (Spam). Information you obtain from our website about us or other site users cannot be used by you or others to send unsolicited commercial e-mail or to send unsolicited commercial communications via our website’s posting or other communication systems.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

In exchange for admittance to Worre Studios and surrounding property (the “Location”), I agree to and state the following:

1. RIGHT TO PHOTOS & VIDEO. I hereby expressly grant to Network Marketing Pro, Inc. (“NMP”) and to its licensees and assigns the right to capture and record photographs, video, and/or audio impressions (including live or over the Internet) of me, my name, my biographical information, my surroundings, and any background or other images or video displayed by me (collectively, “Impressions”) recorded by or on behalf of NMP at the Event and to use the Impressions or any derivation thereof, including without limitation, photographs, voice, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness in any work in any media, now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation, still image, videotaped image, captured video-conference image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means, in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission, or other endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such works or their content, in perpetuity. I understand the Impressions may be used for any purpose at the discretion of NMP, its licensee, and assigns, including without limitation, commercial, educational, or informational purposes. I will not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation or notice, in connection with any such use. In addition, I waive any claims that any use of the Impressions or any derivation thereof as permitted hereunder portrays me in a derogatory manner or false light.

2. OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS. I agree that NMP shall exclusively own all rights, title and interest, including without limitation, copyright and other intellectual property rights, in, and to, the complete set of Impressions, with worldwide rights. I hereby assign, to NMP any such right, title, and interest in and to any such Impressions. Without limiting the foregoing, NMP has the right for any purpose, to use, adapt, change, delete from or add to such Impressions, to combine all or any part of the Impressions with others, and to use, distribute, advertise, market, and otherwise exploit any and all of the foregoing in any manner and in any medium, as NMP shall determine in its sole discretion. I agree to cooperate with NMP, at its expense, in all further actions, which NMP deems necessary or desirable to confirm, register, protect, or enforce NMP’s rights in and to such Impressions. I agree to execute all documents deemed necessary or desirable by NMP in connection therewith. To the extent I cannot waive or NMP does not own any right, title, or interest in such Impressions, I waive all rights or ownership which I might otherwise have in or to any of the Impressions, including without limitation, moral rights. I acknowledge no monetary or other compensation is provided in exchange for the assignment or waiving my rights.

3. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. I represent and warrant to NMP (a) I can assign and grant to NMP the rights specified herein free of any liens, claims, or encumbrances of any type by any person, (b) I have not previously transferred or granted to any other person any of the rights specified herein, and (c) I will not use or display any content as part of my participation in the Event that is owned by a third party, including without limitation, third party backgrounds, images, or logos.

4. DISCLAIMERS. The Event will include presentations about income growth opportunities. I understand that there can be no assurance that any prior successes by other individuals, or past results in income earnings, can be used as an indication of my future success or results. I acknowledge monetary and income results are based on many factors. NMP disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, that I will get rich, that I will do as well, or that I will make any money at all, especially if I do not do the work required or I ignore or fail to follow advice presented to me. The products and services of NMP and others included in the Event may have unknown risks involved and are not suitable for everyone. Making decisions based on any information presented in products, services, or website used or referenced in the Event, should be done only with the knowledge that I could make no money at all. All products and services by NMP or others included in the Event are for educational and informational purposes only.

5. DUE DILIGENCE. I agree that I am solely responsible for doing my own due diligence when it comes to making business and financial decisions and all information, products, and services that have been provided by NMP or at the Event should be independently verified by my own qualified professionals including checking with my accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor, before acting on this or any information.

6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR OWN ACTIONS. NMP’s information, products, and services should be carefully considered and evaluated, before reaching a business decision, on whether to take any action (or refrain from acting). I agree that NMP is not responsible for the success or failure of my business decisions relating to any information presented at the Event or elsewhere by NMP or others, or NMP’s products or services.

7. SAFE UNBIASED ENVIRONMENT. The Event is delivered in a completely generic format. No companies or products are to be mentioned. In addition, this is a NO PROSPECTING ZONE! Anyone caught attempting to recruit other attendees of the Event will be asked to leave or have their virtual access immediately revoked WITH NO REFUND. We want this to be a safe place for you and your team to come and gain the strategies needed to take your business to the next level. Because of this – and due to the opportunity for everyone in attendance to be featured on our interactive event screen at any given time during the course of the event – we ask that, no matter if you’re in a public or private Zoom room, or at the event in person, that you honor and respect others by:

(a)  Not wearing any company/rank pins, buttons, badges or jewelry.

(b)  Not displaying or wearing any company shirts, hats, blankets, awards, etc.

(c) Not consuming/using your products while in view of your camera or while in person during the event.

(d) Be aware of your surroundings. No company Zoom backgrounds are allowed and make sure that your camera is in a place that doesn’t capture any company-branded items including but not limited to checks, awards, artwork, products, etc.

(e) Dressing for success. The world will be watching so dress on purpose – NO NUDITY OR OFFENSIVE CLOTHING ALLOWED.

8. COPYRIGHT AND CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE. The materials and resources used or referenced in the Event are the confidential and exclusive copyrighted and proprietary intellectual property of NMP or its licensors. These materials are provided only to me and solely intended for my personal use as an Event participant. No part of these documents and/or resources may be stored, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, photographic, mechanical, or any other medium), recorded, translated, or used by any other person or to produce any derivative works without the explicit written permission of NMP, under signature, which may be granted or withheld at NMP’s discretion.

9. REMEDIES. Any violation, or the likelihood of violating, any of my representations, warranties, or agreements contained in this Agreement, would entitle NMP to equitable remedies, including without limitation, specific performance and injunctive relief. Should NMP commence any legal action arising out of or connected to this Agreement, I will pay all of NMP’s legal/attorneys’ fees and court costs, in addition to all damages requested by NMP.

10. GENERAL. This Agreement contains the complete agreement and understanding between NMP and me concerning its subject matter and supersedes all other agreements or understandings. This Agreement may only be amended in writing that is signed by NMP’s authorized representative. Any waiver by NMP of any obligation or remedy is not an ongoing waiver. This Agreement is governed by Nevada law, excluding its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement must be brought exclusively in a court sitting in Las Vegas, Nevada, except that NMP may seek temporary equitable remedies or enforce the orders of any court in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. REVOKING ACCESS. NMP reserves the right to revoke event platform access/deny access in person to any individual and for any reason it deems appropriate WITHOUT issuing a refund.

I have read and understand this agreement. I agree that this agreement is binding on me and anyone who might claim or sue on my behalf.
