KidzTalents: Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

Welcome to KidzTalents! Before participating in our fun and exciting activities, we need you to read and agree to this waiver. It’s important for everyone’s safety and understanding.

1. Participation Agreement

By signing this form, you (the “Adult Participant”) and your child (the “Child Participant”) agree to take part in KidzTalents activities. These activities may happen at our location or any other event space we use.

2. Release of Responsibility

We promise to do our best to keep everyone safe, but accidents can happen. By signing this, you agree not to hold KidzTalents, its team, or anyone involved responsible for:

Any injuries or accidents that might happen during activities.

Any damage to personal belongings.

This applies even if the accident happens because of something we didn’t foresee. However, it doesn’t apply if someone intentionally causes harm.

3. Promise to Be Careful

You agree to make sure your child follows the rules and participates safely. If something happens because of unsafe behavior, you agree to take responsibility.

4. Parent or Guardian Agreement

As the parent or guardian, you confirm that you have the legal authority to sign this waiver for your child. If there’s ever a question about your authority, you agree to handle it.

5. Understanding the Waiver

By signing, you confirm that:

  • You’ve read and understood this waiver.
  • You’re signing it willingly and without pressure.
  • This waiver is the full agreement between you and KidzTalents.

6. PHOTO RELEASE

By entering kidztalents and participating in the ACTIVITIES, I hereby grant Kidztalents on behalf of myself, and on behalf of my child(ren)/ward(s), the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record me or my child(ren)/ward(s) in connection with Kidstalents and to use the photograph and/or recording and the name, likeness, voice and appearance of myself or my child(ren)/ward(s) captured therein for promotional purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.

7. Final Notes

This agreement follows the laws of the State of Texas. If any part of it isn’t enforceable, the rest still applies.
