WHISPERING WILLOW HOMESTEAD

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS,

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY, AND RULES

AGREEMENT

LEGAL NAME REQUIREMENT: All adults completing this form must use their full legal name exactly as it appears on a government-issued photo ID.

PRIMARY RELEASE - DEATH, DISMEMBERMENT, AND SERIOUS INJURY

I understand that entering a working farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interaction with animals, uneven terrain, fencing, weather conditions, equipment, and other natural or man-made hazards that may result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, dismemberment, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks for myself and for any person(s) for whom I sign or provide supervision.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY - ALL PARTIES

I hereby fully release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Whispering Willow Homestead and Erica Coldiron, as well as all owners, operators, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, contractors, and all other named or unnamed persons present on the property, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to my entry, presence, or participation on the property, including claims resulting from injury, death, or dismemberment.

WAIVER OF RIGHT TO SUE

I expressly waive and relinquish any right to bring a lawsuit or legal action against Whispering Willow Homestead or Erica Coldiron for any injury, loss, damage, death, or dismemberment sustained while on the property, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS AND SUPERVISED PERSONS

I accept full responsibility and liability for the safety, actions, and conduct of all minors and individuals under my supervision, including children who are not my own. I agree to be financially responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by a minor or supervised individual under my care. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older at all times.

RULES, REMOVAL, AND TRESPASS NOTICE

I agree to follow all posted rules and all verbal directions given by staff. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the property. Refusal to leave when directed will result in being trespassed from the property for a minimum of one (1) year.

ANIMAL FEEDING & VETERINARY LIABILITY

Only designated feed may be given to animals. Improper feeding will result in immediate removal from the property and full financial responsibility for all veterinary costs. In the event of death caused by improper feeding, I agree to minimum damages of $2,500 per goat or sheep and $5,000 per cow or horse.

PROPERTY RULES

-  Must follow staff directions at all times.

-  No feeding animals feed that is not designated for them.

-  No climbing barriers or placing children inside enclosures.

-  No pushing, rough housing, or aggressive behavior.

-  Water guns may not be used to target other guests.

-  No cutting lines; please limit excessive use when lines are long.

-  No hitting animals at any time.

-  Have fun, respect the property, and dispose of trash properly.
