Terms & Conditions:

By participating in the mask trial session, you acknowledge that the 5-minute swim takes place in our heated pool in Havant and is intended solely for testing mask fit and comfort. All participants must follow staff instructions at all times and confirm they are fit and able to swim safely without assistance. You agree to use the equipment responsibly and understand that any damage caused through misuse may incur a charge. The trial session is not a lesson, assessment, or supervised swim; you remain responsible for your own safety while in the water. Management reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unsafe or unfit to take part. By entering the pool, you accept full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence.
