San Marcos River Clean up

 I, the undersigned, agree that I am are freely volunteering to participate in the San Marcos River Clean up. I agree to participate at my own risk. I hold the organizers and sponsors of the event harmless. I further agree that if, I or my heirs, decide to sue said organizers, sponsors or other clean up participants, that I and my heirs be responsible for, and pay for all the legal expenses that said defendants accrue.
