Barn Rules
Trinity Dressage LLC is a private facility and the Banks Family’s home. As we are not open to the public we require that you adhere to the following rules:

Please do not visit the farm unannounced. A call or text letting us know when you would like to come is all that’s needed.

When the gate code is in use (at either Trinity Farm or Bright Meadows Farm) please do not share the code with anyone.

Please park on the area near the barn, either in front of the main barn or near the gray shedrow.

Out of respect to our neighbors and their pets as well as our own, absolutely no dogs are allowed off leash at any time on our property. If your dog needs to accompany you to our home please leave him in your car. There are several lovely parks nearby (Clayton Park, Heritage Park and the Union Transportation Trail) to exercise them if you need to.

All horses at Trinity Farm are in full training and ridden only by Eliza or an approved rider.

No horse may be removed without permission from a field by anyone other than staff. This is for the safety of all horses as well as the horses on the surrounding properties that we coordinate turnout with. We offer full service for horses and owners and are more than happy to make sure your horse is easily accessed.

We are also happy to have your horse groomed and tacked for any lesson you wish to schedule, just let us know when you schedule your lesson.

No admittance to Hay or Feed areas.

All horse feet must be picked before entering the arena and upon leaving the arena.

We are so happy to share our home farm with you. Please help us keep our home clean. Manure must be removed promptly and swept from tack up areas and the arena.  Please do not allow any GGT to go into the manure pile.

The washrack in the main barn is for washing of horses and gear only.  Please sweep out BEFORE and AFTER use.  The drain clogs very easily.

Appendix A – Barn Rules Trinity Dressage, LLC is a private facility and the Banks Family’s home. As we are not open to the public we require that you adhere to the following rules: 1. While we are so pleased to share your horse’s progress in training, please do not visit the farm unannounced. A call or text letting us know when you would like to come is all that’s needed. 2. When the gate code is in use please do not share the code with anyone. 3. Please park on the area near the barn, either in front of the main barn or near the gray shedrow. 4. Vet, farrier, chiropractor and professional appointments for horses in training must be made through us so that we are able to assist them while they are on the property. 5. 6. All horses at Trinity Farm are in full training and ridden only by Eliza or an approved rider. We encourage you to schedule a lesson in addition to your horse’s regular training ride and we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. 7. No horse may be removed from a field by anyone other than staff. 8. No admittance to Hay or Feed areas. 9. Because we are a very small, family facility, we apologize that we cannot accept horses that exhibit stall walking, kicking, cribbing or weaving or other vices that prove severely harmful to horses, humans and property. IF accommodations can be made for your horse to stay at our farm for training we will make every effort to do so, but MUST be discussed prior to signing the training and board agreement. 10. We have limited storage space so all training horses can come with a rolling trunk (we suggest a Stanley or Husky brand rolling tool box style) for any items necessary. All training boots, pads and washable items are provided as part of full training. Turnout boots and bell boots should be waterproof (no sheepskin) and provided by the owner. 11. Hay and quality Poulin Brand feeds are provided as part of the training fee for all horses in training. Any horse with additional or specific requirements will happily be supplied with whatever it needs to fulfill its training goals. All additional requirements will be billed to owners by the supplier. 12. We recommend SmartPak supplements for all horses on supplements. As part of the Barn Saver program they can be shipped directly to us
