Bicycle Group Ride Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the group bicycle ride organized by Pearl City Cycle. I understand that cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of collision with pedestrians, vehicles, or other cyclists, the risk of injury from road conditions or weather, and the risk of mechanical failure.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this ride, I agree to assume all risks associated with cycling and to release Pearl City Cycle, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damages, injuries, or losses sustained by me or my property while participating in the group ride.

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in the ride and that my bicycle and equipment are in safe working condition. I agree to abide by all traffic laws and ride responsibly throughout the duration of the ride.

I understand that wearing a helmet is mandatory for participation in this ride, and I agree to wear an ANSI or SNELL approved helmet properly adjusted and fastened securely throughout the ride.

I grant permission to Pearl City Cycle to use photographs, video recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose without compensation to me.

I have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights that I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns may have against Pearl City Cycle.
