Seasonal Site Fee

  • Base Fee: $2,700
  • 15% HST: $405.00
  • Admin Fee: $3.75

Deposit

  • A $500.00 deposit is due no later than August 15, 2026 to hold your site for the 2027 season.
  • If the deposit is not received by this date, no reminders will be sent, and the site will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Payment

Full Paymentis due by June 15, 2027. There is an e-transfer option but you need to discuss it with the office.

Full Payment After Deadline

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel before March 1, 2027 → You lose only the $500 deposit.

Early Setup Policy

  • Seasonals may set up on Monday May 17, 2027.

  • You must unhook water and electricity before leaving, as the campground is not open for overnight stays.

  • Seasonals will be able to start to camping on Friday May 21, 2027 which is the Friday of the Victoria Day long weekend.

Notice of Liability Waiver

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, release and hold harmless Marco Polo Land Inc., its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from storing or parking my trailer/motorhome—even if caused by negligence or breach of duty under the Occupier’s Liability Act.

  • All seasonal units must be neat in appearance.
