Deposit

  • A $500.00 deposit is due no later than August 15, 2025 to hold your site for the 2026 season.
  • If the deposit is not received by this date, no reminders will be sent, and the site will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel before March 1, 2026 → You lose only the $500 deposit.
  • Cancel after March 1, 2026 → Full seasonal fee is due.
  • A cancellation confirmation email must be received. If not, the site remains active, and fees will still apply.

Early Setup Policy

  • Seasonals may set up on the Friday of Victoria Day long weekend,
  • but must unhook water and electricity before leaving, as the campground is not open for overnight stays.

Notice of Liability Waiver

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, release and hold harmless Marco Polo Land Inc., its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from storing or parking my trailer/motorhome—even if caused by negligence or breach of duty under the Occupier’s Liability Act.

Seasonal Camping Regulations

  • All seasonal units must be neat in appearance.

  • No railings permitted.
  • Grandfathered decks in good condition are allowed.
