Acknowledgment of Risk and Liability

I understand kayaking and paddle boarding involves risks including injury, drowning, and weather-related hazards. I voluntarily accept all risks.

Safety Rules

  • Life vests must be worn at all times.
  • No alcohol or drug use before or during kayaking.
  • Children under 18 must be supervised.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are subject to a $10.00 non-refundable fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Release of Liability

I release Lake Whitney on Wheels from all liability for injuries, loss, or damage during my rental period.

Equipment Agreement

I am responsible for returning the kayak and gear in good condition. I accept financial responsibility for damage beyond normal use.

No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it.
