Code of Conduct for Participants of Smart Gym CIC


As a member of Smart Gym, I agree to the following:


  1. I will respect all other members, staff and affiliates of Smart Gym and will not engage in any behaviour that is aggressive, threatening or inappropriate.
  2. I will tidy up after myself (and my children) by putting away all equipment, weights, mats and any other items used during my session.
  3. I will dispose of any rubbish such as paper cups, wrappers and tissues in the designated bins. 
  4. I will wipe down any equipment that I (and my children) use after every workout with the provided disinfectant spray and blue roll, and clean any dishes that I use in the tea & coffee lounge.
  5. Parents/carers: I will read, sign and adhere to the parental agreement and waiver of Smart Gym.
  6. I will report any damaged equipment or any unsafe situation immediately to Smart Gym staff, either in person or by phone, text, email, WhatsApp or DM. 
  7. I will respect the privacy of other members by not taking photos or videos of them without their permission.
  8. I will not consume any illegal substances or alcohol in the gym.


By signing this Code of Conduct, I am committed to promoting a safe, clean and respectful environment for all members of Smart Gym.
