Our legitimate interests are to provide you with an online platform to book horse-riding sessions with your preferred Livery and the information you provide is necessary for the performance of a contract. .

In the event you make an insurance claim against us in respect of an accident you may have had while accessing our Services

Name, address of injured party, circumstances of the incident and medical information relevant to your claim.

We may require further information such as photographs documenting any injuries sustained.

The information you provide in respect of yourself or your child is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

We only share special categories of information (i.e. data containing health information) with our insurers in the event an insurance claim is made

Code of conduct

  • I understand that riding or participating at any standard has inherent risk and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions.
  • I may fall off and could be injured. I accept that risk.
  • I understand that instructions are given for my safety and agree to follow instructions given to me by staff and instructors at the riding school.
  • I understand that wearing an appropriate riding hat and body protector may reduce the severity of an injury should an accident happen and agree that I will always wear a riding hat whist riding horses at the riding school. I understand it is my choice whether or not I wear a body protector.
  • I understand that the riding school will make decisions based on information I give them and agree to always be honest and volunteer information about: - my abilities and riding experience - any previous riding accidents - any medical condition(s) which may affect my ability to ride.
  • I understand that children are at particular risk around horses and agree that I will keep any children that I am responsible for, under close supervision when they are not being instructed by the riding school.
  • I understand that the riding school may refuse my request to ride for safety and operational reasons.
  • I understand that I must be polite to staff at all times.
  • I understand that no foul language is allowed in lessons.
  • I understand that the riding school’s decision is final with regards to group levels and horse allocation.
  • I will not film/photograph without prior permission from staff or instructors

  • You Confirm that to the best of your knowledge all of the information provided is correct, including any medical conditions/disabilities/allergies that we may need to know about.
  • You have read the Horse Riders Code of conduct (ABOVE). You understand that riding or participating at any standard has inherent risk that you may fall off or be bitten and could be injured. You accept that risk and agree that the riding school will not be liable for injury or damage to property unless caused by their negligence.
  • Where you are signing on behalf of a minor you have explained the riders code of conduct to your child and you both accept the risk and agree that the riding school will not be liable for injury or damage to property unless it is caused by their negligence.
  • You have read and understand the lesson booking and cancellation policy and agree to abide by it at all times.

  • I understand that information I have given will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) but may also be made available to insurers and other concerned parties in the event of any injury or accident.
