           HIGH CAMP HUT RENTAL AGREEMENT

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I THE GROUP LEADER, AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIILITY OUTLINED IN THIS DOCUMENT FOR MY ENTIRE PARTY

I have read, I understand, and I agree to High Camp Hut's reservation and cancellation policy.

I have read, I understand, and I agree to High Camp Hut's warning's regarding hazards that may be associated with using this property. 

I have made a full disclosure to High Camp Hut regarding how many people will be in my group during our stay. I agree to instruct all members of my group to read the information on the High Camp Hut website (www.highcamphut.com) and to fill out the Liability Waiver prior to our arrival. I understand that High Camp Hut has the right to refuse use to anyone.

I agree to pay High Camp Hut for any damages or loss of property beyond normal use that may be incurred during our stay at High Camp. I understand that damages, cleaning and/or replacement of property will be billed to me. This will include the cost of material as well as the cost of labor (by either a third party at their billable rate, or by a High Camp employee at the cost of $50 per hour) including transportation time if necessary. Interest may be charged by High Camp Hut for late payments. I understand that these damages may include, but are not limited to improper use or negligence in the use of the property. High Camp Hut reserves the right to charge for all such damages.

I agree that my party will adhere to the High Camp Hut NO SMOKING and NO PETS policies, and have made the rest of my group aware of these policies. If either of these takes place on the property, I will be held responsible for any and all damages and/or cleaning fees deemed necessary by High Camp Hut at the above mentioned rates. 

I agree that my party will thoroughly clean the property prior to departure. We will haul out all trash (unless Gear Hauling services have been requested and paid for). If the Hut is not left in an acceptable clean state, I agree to pay High Camp Hut for necessary cleaning services at the above rate.

In the event that there are unpaid bills on my account, and High Camp is unable to collect payment, High Camp Hut will seek damages in court. I agree to pay damages incurred, as well as all legal fees and court costs, as well as interest involved in recovering unpaid bills.

I agree to adhere to High Camp Huts check in (1 pm) and check out (11 am) times.

No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
