Participant Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in golf simulator activities, golf-related games, swinging golf clubs, striking golf balls, use of electronic simulator equipment, and participation in event activities provided by Palmetto Birdie Co. involves inherent risks.

I understand these risks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Injury from swinging golf clubs
  • Injury from flying or rebounding golf balls
  • Slips, trips, or falls
  • Equipment malfunction
  • Property damage
  • Bodily injury to myself or others
  • Risks associated with alcohol consumption at events not controlled by Palmetto Birdie Co.
  • Risks related to weather conditions, outdoor setups, tents, power cords, lighting equipment, and event structures

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities operated by Palmetto Birdie Co., I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Palmetto Birdie Co., its owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and event partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Illness
  • Disability
  • Death
  • Losses or damages arising from participation in activities or use of equipment

This release applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Participant Conduct Agreement

I agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by Palmetto Birdie Co. staff
  • Remain aware of my surroundings while swinging golf clubs
  • Use equipment only as intended
  • Not engage in reckless, dangerous, or disruptive behavior
  • Avoid entering active swing areas unless instructed
  • Immediately report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment

I understand that Palmetto Birdie Co. reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety rules or behaves in an unsafe manner.

Equipment & Property Damage Responsibility

I understand that participants may be held financially responsible for intentional misuse, reckless conduct, or deliberate damage to simulator equipment, projectors, screens, nets, electronics, tents, furniture, or other event property.

Media Release (Optional)

I grant permission to Palmetto Birdie Co. to photograph and/or record video during events for promotional, advertising, website, and social media purposes.

Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically capable of safely participating in golf simulator activities and have no medical condition that would prevent participation.

Alcohol & Substance Acknowledgment

I understand that participation while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or other substances may increase the risk of injury. I agree to participate responsibly.
