Welcome to Endless SUP’s 2023 Paddleboard camp!

Thank you for choosing to spend some time on your summer vacation with us! The purpose of this guide is to provide the necessary information, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that all participants have a great camp experience. 

Remember to complete the registration forms by the first day of camp. A student will not be allowed to attend a camp activity without all the proper paperwork and full payment. 


Refund Policy: Refunds will be in full if cancellation is received in writing (via e-mail or mail) within thirty (15) days prior to the start of camp.Refunds will not be given if you miss a day of camp. Endless SUP will credit back your account $50 per day if the camp is cancelled for weather and Friday is NOT able to be utilized as a Float day. Refunds will not be granted if the camp is cancelled earlier as a result of weather conditions during the camp. . 

Cancellation: Endless SUP Company may cancel or reschedule any camp or activity due to water, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If the need arises to cancel a whole week, we will do our best to accommodate your child/children during another week. 

Camp Schedules: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 12am for our morning session and from 1pm to 4pm for our afternoon session. Friday will be a make up day if needed.

Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures: Students need to be dropped off at the Fishermans Cove entrance between 8:50 and 9:00 am for our am session and 12:50 pm and 1:00 pm for our afternoon sessions.  Minors should be picked up by the same adult each day. Alternatively, only adults listed on the "Authorized Pick-up List" section of the camp registration form with photo ID will be allowed to pick up your student. Please be sure to pick up at the same drop off location and allow time for parking as it can be difficult in the summer. 

Emergency contacts: Emergency contact information must be part of the student's registration package. 

Personal Items: Students must not bring toys, electronic equipment or other personal or valuable items to the camp. There is no secure location on the beach to leave valuables. If your child does bring a cell phone, we ask that the device be used only in emergency situations and that the phone remains in the “off” side during all camp activities. No text messages are allowed during camp events! 

Attire: Swimsuit/Swimshirt/Trunks Rashguard Sunglasses, Hat/Visor Sunscreen 

What to bring: Sunblock, Towel, Dry clothes, Water bottle.  Unless medically necessary, please refrain from bringing snacks to the camp. Please label all articles with the name of the child or initials, as many resemble each other. 

Safety: Safety is of prime importance. Your child must be able to swim efficiently and be prepared to follow all instructions and respond accordingly. 

Conduct: All campers are expected to respect, listen, and follow staff instructions. However, if a camper is disrespectful to other participants, to staff or property, or does not follow directions and rules, Endless SUP Company reserves the right to remove the participant from the group, temporarily or permanently. Any participant dismissed from the camp will not receive a refund. While unacceptable conduct is not anticipated, Endless SUP Company is prepared to deal with situations involving inappropriate behavior. Endless SUP Company reserves the right to dismiss any participant for inappropriate behavior. We have a “two strikes” policy regarding conduct. Students will be given one warning before a parent/guardian is notified and the participant dismissed. In addition, there are certain situations for which a “No Tolerance Policy” exists. Any act that could be considered dangerous to the participants and/or staff is grounds for immediate dismissal. Any act that threatens the well-being of another, participant, staff or public, will result in immediate dismissal from the camp. Some examples of inappropriate behavior which falls under the “No Tolerance Policy” may be, but are not limited to: *cursing, or use of profanity *bullying of any sort, or in any degree *fighting or roughhousing *misuse or damage of paddleboarding gear *stealing or touching personal property belonging to another person, unless permission has been given *leaving the group without permission of instructor *inappropriate touching or violation of another participant’s or staff’s personal space *leaving without being properly signed out *use or possession or drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, firearms or explosives I/we understand and agree with the conduct policies as listed above and agree to abide by its rules and policies.

Endless SUP Company Medical Form 

Medication: We have a NO MEDICATION policy. Exceptions may be made for life sustaining medication. If accepted, a consent form must be filled out and put on file. In the event my child suffers any illness, wound or accident requiring emergency treatment while involved in any Endless SUP Company activity, I hereby give permission for any necessary hospitalization, medication, or surgery on the recommendation of medical personnel.



In the case of sickness or accident, I waive all claims against Endless SUP Company staff and/or employees and/or volunteers, or its agents, that may arise from participation in any and all the activities of paddleboarding camp. Endless SUP Company does not provide injury/health insurance to program participants.








Please state any additional information we may need to be aware of. If your child has special needs, please let us know in order to help our staff handle those needs.
