The Services. At Radiance Sutras School of Meditation, we offer life-affirming and effortless meditation teachings, including, but not limited to, private sessions, classes, workshops, retreats, teacher training and more (the “Services”). The Services also apply to any of the Services made available for online streaming and participation or that take place outside of Radiance Sutras School of Meditation’s facilities, including outdoors or at one’s home.

Affiliate Program Agreement

THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Syzygy Creations, Inc., a corporation based in the State of California as “Radiance Sutras School of Meditation”, “us” or “we” or “our”, and we’ll refer to you, the undersigned (electronically or by hand) or person who has clicked “I Agree” to this Waiver, as “Affiliate”, “you” or “your”.

WHEREAS, Radiance Sutras School of Meditation offers an affiliate program ("Affiliate Program") to its authorized participants, whereby they promote our Services in exchange for a commission on eligible sales or leads generated through their referral efforts.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Affiliate Program Enrollment:

  • Affiliate will create their affiliate account with us using the enrollment link provided by us.

2. Affiliate's Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate will link their PayPal Business account to their affiliate account.
  • Affiliate will ensure all the information on their affiliate account is correct.
  • Affiliate will promote Radiance Sutras School of Meditation's Services through various marketing channels agreed upon by both Parties for each Service the affiliate agrees to promote.
  • Affiliate shall not engage in any illegal, misleading, or unethical marketing practices that may harm our reputation.
  • Affiliate will use their unique affiliate link provided by us to track referrals accurately.
  • Affiliate will be solely responsible for any and all marketing expenses incurred during the promotion of our Services.
  • Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to their promotion activities.

3. Commissions and Payments:

  • Radiance Sutras School of Meditation will pay Affiliate a commission on eligible sales generated through their referral efforts, as per the agreed commission structure for each Service the affiliate agrees to promote.
  • Radiance Sutras School of Meditation will provide Affiliate with access to a comprehensive reporting system to track their referrals and commission earnings.
  • Affiliate commissions will be paid on a regular basis, as determined by us for each Service, taking into account any applicable payment thresholds or hold periods.
  • Payment method is PayPal, any associated transaction fees are determined by PayPal.

4. Intellectual Property:

  • Any intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary information provided by us to you for promoting our Services shall remain the sole property of Radiance Sutras School of Meditation.
  • Affiliate shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Radiance Sutras School of Meditation's intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Term and Termination:

  • This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either Party upon prior written notice.
  • Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause.
  • Upon termination, Affiliate shall cease all promotion activities and remove any promotional materials related to our Services.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • Radiance Sutras School of Meditation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
  • Radiance Sutras School of Meditation's maximum liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commission paid to Affiliate in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. General Legal Provisions.

Jurisdiction. This Waiver will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California. Severability. If any provisions of this Waiver are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Waiver will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Headings. The headings used in this Waiver are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding. Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as signing by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.

By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
