In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and programs provided by Vintageland, including but not limited to the VR Escape Room, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree to the following:


1. Assumption of Risk:

I understand that participating in the VR Escape Room involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the risks of injury, mental stress, and physical exertion. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me as a result of participating in any activity associated with Vintage Land, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability:

I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Vintage Land, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in any activity conducted by Vintage Land, including the VR Escape Room, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.

3. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vintage Land from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, that they may incur due to my participation in activities related to Vintage Land and the VR Escape Room, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment:

I authorize Vintage Land to obtain any necessary medical treatment for me in the event of an emergency and agree to bear the costs of such treatment.

5. Rules and Regulations:

I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Vintage Land and the VR Escape Room, and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the activity without refund.

6. Photographic Release:

I grant permission to Vintage Land to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during my participation in the VR Escape Room or any other related activities for promotional or other purposes, without compensation to me.

7. Governing Law:

This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Acknowledgment of Understanding:

I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
