Membership Agreement

This agreement outlines how your Planet Beach membership works, including billing and cancellation.


1. Membership Term & Access

This membership is a 24-month commitment designed to reward consistent use with discounted monthly pricing. Access is based on the membership selected and subject to studio guidelines, equipment availability, and safety protocols. Following the commitment term, the membership continues month to month until cancelled with 30 days written notice.

2. Payments & Billing 

  • Membership fees are billed monthly via automatic payment on the 1st of each month.
  • Returned or declined payments may result in a $20 late processing fee
  • I am responsible for keeping payment information current to avoid service interruption.

3. Cancellation & Early Exit 

  • Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice
  • If cancelled before the 24-month term ends, a $50 early exit fee applies and is retained by Planet Beach as an account credit, valid for 12 months and useable for future services or gifting
  • As an alternative to cancellation, a membership pause may be requested for temporary circumstances. A pause fee of $10 per month applies. Pause requests must be submitted by the 23rd of the month to take effect for the following billing cycle.

4. Appointments & Missed Visits 

We kindly ask for notice when cancelling appointments. Missed appointments without at least 2 hours notice may result in a $5.00 missed appointment fee. Repeated missed appointments may limit booking privileges.

5. Agreement & Authorization 

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement and agree to the terms above. I authorize Planet Beach Spray & Spa to process payments according to this agreement.

By checking here, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary. Once submitted, our team will review your membership and help you complete setup at your first visit.
