MEMBERSHIP HOLD FORM

Please read carefully before submitting

A membership hold is designed for temporary situations only. By submitting this form, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms below. 

Before placing your membership on hold:

  • Your account must be in good standing (no outstanding balance)
  • Holds are available for a maximum of 3 consecutive months. 

While your membership is on hold:

  • A $10/month + gst hold fee will be charged for each month on hold.
  • Membership benefits cannot be used during the hold.
  • Your membership cannot be cancelled while on hold. 

After the hold ends:

  • Monthly billing will automatically resume at the regular membership rate.
  • The months on hold will be added to extend your membership term.
