Group Travel Agreement & Payment TermsThis Travel Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in a group travel program organized by Undersea Dives, Inc. Please read this Agreement carefully before submitting any payment. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined herein. What's Included 8 Nights on the Nautilus Explorer Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner daily Use of Nautilus Lifeline & SMBs 5 Days of diving with up to 4 dives per day Undersea Divers trip hosting & support Boat/Sea Creatures Transfers What's Not Included Airfare Personal & Rental Dive Equipment Airport/Sea Creatures (meeting location) transfers $35 port fee per person Travel & Dive Insurance (Dive Insurance required - don't worry we can assist!) Socorro Island Park Fees ($172/day x 5 days) Dive Crew Gratuities Nitrox ($120 for the week) Alcohol Wifi
Payment Terms & ScheduleParticipation in the trip requires adherence to the following payment schedule: - Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $750 per person is due at the time of registration to reserve your space.
- Second Payment: $1500 due October 1st, 2026
- Third Payment: $1500 due April 1st, 2027
- Final Balance: Final Balance + 5% tax due October 1st, 2027
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your reservation and any payments made.
Cancellation & Refund PolicyA. Cancellation by Undersea Divers or the ResortIf the trip is canceled by Undersea Divers or the hosting resort/operator for any reason, including but not limited to operational, logistical, or minimum participation requirements: - The trip will be rescheduled for a future date whenever possible.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled trip, Undersea Divers will make reasonable efforts to fill your spot.
- If your spot is successfully filled, you will receive a refund less a 7% credit card processing fee (this fee does not apply to payments made by check or cash).
- If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued.
If the trip cannot be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of Undersea Divers (such as force major events), you will receive a full refund of all payments made to Undersea Divers.
B. Cancellation by ParticipantIf you choose to cancel your participation for any reason: - All payments are non-refundable unless your spot is filled by another participant.
- If your spot is filled, you will receive a refund less a 7% credit card processing fee (no fee applies to check or cash payments).
- If your spot is not filled, you remain responsible for the full cost of the trip and payment deadlines.
Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended) Undersea Divers strongly recommends that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, and dive-related activities. Travel insurance is the participant’s responsibility and is the best protection against unforeseen circumstances. Dive Insurance is required for this trip, travel insurance is optional.
Acknowledgment & AgreementBy signing below, I acknowledge that: - I have read and understand this Travel Agreement in its entirety.
- I agree to all payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund policies.
- I understand that travel arrangements involve inherent risks and that financial commitments are required well in advance.
- I understand that submitting a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.
